You can invoke the power of Carvana and our 7DMBG to embolden a customer to strike a blow to traditional dealerships! If you cast a spell with a spell slot of 1st level or higher and target an ally with the spell, that ally can use their reaction immediately after the spell to make one weapon attack against a creature of your choice that you can see.

If the spell targets more than one ally, you choose the ally who can make the attack.

When the customer has positive equity on their trade-in, you let them know how that equity applies to the amount of the new vehicle and how it reduces the sales tax they pay, since they only pay sales tax on the amount after the positive equity is applied! This insures the customer knows that they are getting the most bang for their buck on their trade-in and thus makes Carvana the only logical choice!

When all is said and done, the customer is ready to swap vehicles with us. And they want to schedule a day. Now is your time to shine with the light of the Carvana Halo, asking them if they want to come to us or us to come to them.

With the information you have as an expert, you let them know, that if they come to us, they can receive their car from one of our famous, one-of-a-kind Vending Machines (receiving a VM coin as a memento, as well!) Or, if they prefer to stay in, a field advocate will come to them in a hauler carrying their new vehicle. The customer will get to review the new vehicle while our field advocate reviews the old vehicle. Then they get to take the new one for a test spin around the block. If they're happy and want to accept the vehicle, they sign the paperwork, our field advocate loads the old vehicle onto the hauler and takes it away, leaving the customer with a nice, new, shiny vehicle in their driveway.

With expectations set, the customer is ready to answer the all important question...should I stay? Or should I go?
