Base Class: Wizard
You are an unorthodox scholar, using strange concoctions and plants to expand your mind. You could take the self-disciplined path of precise doses and rigorous documentation. Or you could be a devil-may-care enthusiast, scribbling half-remembered visions and then diving in without regard for your own physical and mental wellbeing. No matter your personal philosophy or methods, your studies into mind-altering substances have given you insights that no sober mind could have.
Practiced Psychonaut
2nd-level School of Psychedelics feature
You gain proficiency with alchemist's supplies and the herbalism kit. You also gain resistance to poison damage, and you have advantage on any saving throw to avoid the negative effects of drugs, including avoiding addiction.
Spellcasting Paraphernalia
2nd-level School of Psychedelics feature
You can cast spells with the Scrying, Detection, or Foreknowledge tags as rituals. In addition, you can use alchemist's supplies and herbalism kits as spellcasting foci, and you can replace the consumable material components of your spells with drugs of an equal value.
Hallucinogenic Smoke
6th-level School of Psychedelics feature
You can expel a 30 ft. cone of hallucinogenic smoke as an action. Creatures caught in the cone must make a Con save equal to your spell DC or gain the poisoned condition for one minute. Creatures who attempt to concentrate on a spell while poisoned by this feature must make a Con save equal to your spell DC or lose concentration.
Once you use this feature, you can't do so again until you finish a long rest. You can also expend a spell slot of 3rd level or higher to use this feature.
Altered Mind
10th-level School of Psychedelics feature
You gain immunity to the charmed condition, and your thoughts can’t be read by telepathy or other means unless you allow it. Any creature that attempts to read your thoughts without your permission must make a Wis save against your spell DC or be stunned for one round.
Expanded Perception
14th-level School of Psychedelics feature
You are constantly under the effects of the True Seeing spell. You also add True Seeing to your spellbook if it is not already there.
In addition, you have advantage on all of your initiative rolls.
