Base Class: Bard
Bards in the College of Revelry are highly desired at any festival, as they uplift the spirits of audiences and encourage all who hear them perform to forget their worries and fears and instead join in the dance.
Silver Tongue
When you select this college at 3rd level, you are an expert at convincing others to do things they normally would not allow themselves to do. When a creature you can see within 60 ft of you makes a saving throw, you may use your reaction to expend one of your uses of Bardic Inspiration, rolling a Bardic Inspiration die and subtracting that number from the creature’s roll. You can use this feature after the creature makes its roll but before the DM determines whether or not the roll succeeds. The creature is immune if it can’t hear you or is immune to charm.
Diversionary Tactics
You are a master of creating distractions. Beginning at 6th level, you may use your reaction to enable yourself or a creature within 10 feet of you to Disengage as a bonus action on their turn.
Charm the Crowd
Beginning at 14th level you learn to work your magic against many people at once. Whenever you cast an enchantment spell of 4th level or lower on at least one target, you may target an additional number of creatures up to your Charisma modifier. Each target must be within the normal range of the spell and meet any other requirements for that spell.
Happy Hour
Starting at 3rd level, you learn to use your performances to captivate crowds. Whenever people not already hostile to you can see or hear you perform for 5 minutes, you may incite them to revelry for the next 30 minutes. During this revelry, anyone who witnessed the performance is distracted and has disadvantage on Perception checks and Initiative rolls. If a creature is considered hostile to you or otherwise uninclined to join in the revelry, they may attempt to succeed on a Wisdom save against your spell DC to avoid distraction. Your performance has no effect on them on a successful save. Creatures immune to charm are unaffected by this ability.
