Base Class: Monk
Whether you are a Fitness Instructor, Aerobic Dancer, or Yogi, this subclass lets you use Ki points to inspire and protect others.
You Can Do It!
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you encourage others to make support their abilities in and out of combat. As a bonus action, you can expend a Ki point and give another creature that can hear you within 30 feet of you a Martial Arts die.
Once within the next 10 minutes, the creature can roll the die and add the number rolled to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw it makes. The creature can wait until after it rolls the d20 before deciding to use the Bardic Inspiration die, but must decide before the DM says whether the roll succeeds or fails. Once the Martial Arts die is rolled, it is lost. A creature can have only one Martial Arts die at a time.
Repeat After Me!
At 6th level, you gain the ability to let your allies attack when you normally would. When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can forgo one of your attacks to direct one of your allies to strike. When you do so, choose a friendly creature who can see or hear you and expend one ki point. That creature can immediately use its reaction to make one weapon attack, adding your Martial Arts die to the attack’s damage roll.
Keep Going!
Beginning at 11th level, you can bolster your allies and keep them in the fight longer. As a bonus action, you can expend a ki point to give a number of allies up to your Wisdom modifier within 30 feet of you that can hear you a number of temporary hit points equal to a roll of your Martial Arts die.
Nice Hit!
At 17th level, when a friendly creature hits a hostile creature with a weapon attack, you can use your reaction to regain 1 ki point.
