Wizard
Base Class: Wizard

You have become a master at achieving at least partial success in spells that require saving throws.

Saving Throw Savant

Beginning when you select this school at 2nd level, the gold and time you must spend to copy a spell that requires a saving throw into your spellbook is halved.

Suck or Suck Slightly Less

Beginning at 2nd level, you can inflict additional damage when a creature succeeds on a saving throw spell you cast. When you cast a spell that requires a saving throw and deals damage, you can inflict the applicable additional effect on the targets of that spell based on the result of the roll:

- If the creature would take no damage from the spell, they take half damage instead.

- If the creature would take half damage, they take full damage instead.

- If the creature failed the saving throw, they take additional damage equal to your Intelligence modifier.

You can inflict one of these additional abilities a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier, and regain all expended uses on a long rest. If a spell would effect multiple creatures, you can subject multiple of them to the additional effect, expending a use for each creature.

Save a Slot

Starting at 6th level, you cast a spell on a single creature that requires a saving throw, and the creature succeeds on the saving throw, you may use your reaction to recall the spell. If you do, the spell has no effect, and you regain the spell slot you expended.

Once you use this feature, you can not do so again until you finish a long rest.

Shortened Save

Beginning at 10th level, when you cast a spell that requires a saving throw and has a duration of 1 minute or longer, if a creature succeeds on the saving the saving throw, you may have them still suffer the effects of the spell. The effects of the spell lasts on that creature until the end of your next turn. If the spell requires concentration, you still concentrate on the spell as normal for as long as a creature is effected by it.

Suck Harder

Starting at 14th level, whenever a creature makes a saving throw against a spell you cast, they have disadvantage on the saving throw.
