Base Class: Warlock
The Seer of Stars is a mysterious figure that is said to gift boons and bestow curses to wayward adventurers that come upon her parlor. In an attempt to recover her godly powers, she bestowed upon you a modicum of power over fate to try and help her in her quest to bring back her place among the gods.
Star Seer Spells
You learn the Guidance cantrip, which counts as a Warlock spell for you, but does not count against the number of cantrips you know. Your spellcasting ability for this spell is Charisma.
In addition, you gain an expanded spell list, represented from the Star Seer Spells table. If a listed spell is not on the Warlock spell list, it is nonetheless a Warlock spell for you.

Minor Arcana
Also at 1st level, your pact with an otherworldly seer lends you magical abilities.
You can use an item of personal significance as a spellcasting focus, and you add your Charisma modifier to your initiative rolls.
Additionally, at the end of a short or long rest, you can roll a number of d4's equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounding down), choosing one number you roll to gain a specific benefit, as detailed below - you keep this benefit until you finish a short or long rest.
1 - Cups
You gain proficiency in Constitution saving throws. As well, whenever you regain hit points, you heal an additional 2d6 hit points.
2 - Coins
You gain proficiency in Strength saving throws. As well, any spells with a material component that has a gold cost has its cost halved.
3 - Wand
You gain proficiency in Intelligence saving throws. As well, you can use your reaction when a creature within 20 ft. of you makes a saving throw against a spell to give them your choice of Advantage or Disadvantage.
4 - Swords
You gain proficiency in Dexterity saving throws. As well, you can use your Spellcasting ability instead of Strength or Dexterity when you make a melee weapon attack.
Palm Reading
At 6th level, you gain the ability to share your knowledge with close allies.
When you roll for your Minor Arcana feature, you keep the saving throw proficiency from the effect, but may choose to give the additional effect to a willing creature you touch. If you roll more than one die, you can choose another result from the dice you rolled, and give the additional effect to a creature you touch. You do not gain a saving throw proficiency from this second use.
Major Arcana
At 10th level, your visions become more and more powerful.
Each of the results from your Minor Arcana feature becomes more powerful and gains an additional effect, as shown below. This additional effect can also be given by way of your Palm Reading feature.
1 - Cups
As an action, you can expend one of your spell slots to have a creature you touch regain hit points equal to 5 times the level of the slot you expend.
2 - Coins
You gain resistance to Bludgeoning, Piercing, and Slashing damage from non-magical attacks.
3 - Wand
You can add your spellcasting ability modifier to the damage of any spell you cast that doesn't already add it.
4 - Swords
When you hit a creature with a melee attack, you can expend a spell slot to add a number of d8's equal to the level of the expended slot in Radiant damage.
The Means By Which All Is Revealed
At 14th level, you become permanently connected to the cosmic path of fate.
As a bonus action, you can transform into an embodiment of fate, called a Fated Form. While you are in this form, at the start of each of your turns, you can immediately roll for your Minor Arcana feature, and change it to the result you roll. As well, while you are in this form, you can use a bonus action to choose up to 5 creature within 30 ft. of you - these creatures gain the benefit of both your Minor Arcana and Major Arcana until the end of your next turn. This form lasts for 1 minute, or until you fall Unconscious. Once you assume this form, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
