Winter’s Fury

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can channel Winter’s fury while raging.

While you’re raging, you emanate a cold aura that fortifies you and chills other creatures to the bone. You gain resistance to cold damage and other Creatures that start their turn within 10 feet of you, or that entera space within 10 feet of you for the first time on their turn must make a CON saving throw (DC=8+prof+CON). On a failed save that creature takes cold damage equal to your rage damage and has their movement speed reduced by 10 feet.

Any Non magical water in that area that is not worn or carried is frozen solid. 

Frigid Cleave

Once per turn while raging, you can replace one of your attacks to cleave through your enemies with the forces of the elements. Every creature in a 15 foot cone must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 8+Prof+CON). On a failed save, they take 1d8 + CON cold damage. If an enemy rolls a natural 1 on their save, they take an extra 1d8 damage, as if rolling a critical hit on an attack roll.
You can do this a number of times equal to your Constitution modifier before needing a long rest.

Winter Has Come

at level 10 while raging you gain immunity to cold damage. Also when you rage you can grant Number of  creatures within 30 feet of you resistance to cold damage until your rage ends.

Ice Born

At level 14 you become the embodiment of the cold. When you rage you grow larger and jagged freezing spikes erupt from your body. You chose the appearance of this form but gain no other mechanical advantages from its shape or appearance. Your size becomes large and you gain temporary hit points equal to your levels in barbarian. When a creature makes a melee attack against you you can use your reaction to force them to make a constitution saving throw. On a failed save the creature takes 2d6 cold damage and has disadvantage on all attack rolls and ability checks until the end of its next turn. This includes the attack roll that triggered this ability.
