Base Class: Rogue
Dragonscale Rogues use a technique similar to the Thief's archetype, but lightly touched with magic and SCIENCE!
Extra Attack
Starting at level 3, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn, you can make one extra weapon attack.
Smoke Bomb
Starting at level 3, you gain a magical, nearly unlimited supply of smoke bombs. As an action, you can throw a smoke bomb down, causing it to explode in a cloud of fog. For a number of rounds equal to your Intelligence modifier, you can add your Intelligence modifier to your AC. In addition, all attack rolls against you get a subtraction equal to your Intelligence modifier. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of 1), regaining all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Daze
Starting at level 9, when you hit a creature with an attack, you can force them to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 + proficiency bonus + Dexterity modifier). On a failed save, they are knocked prone and stunned for a number of rounds equal to your Intelligence modifier. On a successful save, they are knocked prone, but they are not stunned. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of 1), regaining all expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.
Throw
Starting at level 13, you gain the ability to magically duplicate one thrown weapon. Choose a thrown weapon. Make a ranged weapon attack with both your Intelligence modifier AND your Dexterity modifier against a creature within range. On a hit, the target takes double damage, and the duplicate disappears directly after.
Final Strike
Starting at level 17, as an action on your turn, you can use Final Strike. This attack instantly lands a critical hit on your target, and you can add your Intelligence modifier as well as your Dexterity modifier to the damage roll.
