Base Class: Bard
Bards of the College of Rebellion are defenders of the weak. They can inspire villagers to stand up against the Lord who is sapping their money through taxes or drive entire nations to overthrow a tyrannic king. These bards are often seen leading the charge in uprisings and they like to get up to the fray of battle, which is why they extensively train their combat skills as well as their ability to uplift and encourage those around them.
They make up for great leaders, and bards of this college are extremely dangerous when their intentions aren´t just, but instead look to rally groups of radical and extremist people to plot against kind and fair rulers or systems.
Bonus Proficiencies
When you join the College of Rebellion at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with medium armor, the glaive, the halberd, the lance, and the pike.
Overthrow the Mighty
Also at 3rd level, your rebellious nature encourages others in battle. When you start a battle encounter against a lone visible enemy that you know of, you and all your allies within 30 feet of you receive a +1 bonus to attack rolls for the next minute or until you drop unconscious.
You can also spend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to rally your allies as an action. When you do so, choose a number of creatures you can see and who can hear you within 30 feet of you, up to a number equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one). Each of them gains a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls they make before the end of your next turn.
Extra Attack
Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.
Surging Inspiration
Starting at 14th level, you can spend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to push your allies beyond their normal limits for a moment as a bonus action. When you do so, you choose a creature you can see within 60 feet of you. They can immediately take one additional action for free.
