Base Class: Bard
Bards imbue themselves with a power to weave stories strong enough to alter reality. They begin to speak to the universe, harnessing this mystic power and their innate storytelling abilities to call upon a being that will help them change the world(s) - at least for a short period of time. These changes could range from calling forth a few small animals, summoning a giant (made of flesh or otherwise), creating a stone or dirt bridge, or even wandering the Astral Plane, if you're strong enough.
Creature Call
At 3rd level, you gain the ability to call upon creatures of challenge rating 1/4 or lower from across the globe and transport them to you through story. The challenge rating you can call upon increases as you increase to levels 5, 9 ,13, 17 and 19, as listed in the table. You can call upon multiple creatures, as long as their combined challenge rating does not exceed your total challenge rating for your current level. However, the maximum intelligence of each creature must be 11 or lower.
Narrative Manifestation
You are able to call upon the power to transport an item to your current location, which you must concentrate on keeping there by telling the story of it, with it remaining in your possession for a maximum of 1 hour. You must have partial concentration on telling the story at all times. If you get knocked off balance, get attacked or get teleported somewhere, roll a DC(13) wisdom saving throw and on a successful save, you keep your partial concentration, but on a failed save you lost concentration and take 1d8 psychic damage. The item also disappears back to wherever it came from.
As part of the transportation process, some unexpected side effect occurs which will take effect as soon as the requirements for the side effect takes place. If you call upon a non-magical item, have your DM roll on the first table for what side effect you get. If you call upon a magical item, have your DM roll on the second table for what side effect you get.
At level 20, if the item you tell the story of does not exist, you can roll a Performance DC(25) check, and if you succeed, the item spawns into existence in your vicinity, and will last for ten minutes before vanishing into nothingness.
Intimate Fables
At 14th level, you tell stories strong enough to alter something about any group of people. Choose one type of tale to tell about from Tales Of Terror, Tales Of Talent, Songs Of Sadism or Songs Of Silence. Each one will grant you to tell cast certain spells a certain number of times through your spells.
Tales Of Terror
You tell tales of horror, scaring whoever you target with your words. You create a manifestation of whatever they fear, of whatever seems scary enough in the situation. You learn six spells which you can use a certain number of times per long rest. The amount of times that you can use each spell is equal to 2 + CHA modifier, with a minimum of 1 time.
Songs Of Sadism
You are able to harm opponents and take them down a peg - or several. You are able to harm your opponents with your words or you are able to alter their views on reality, no matter how little you do. You gain access to six new spells. The number of times you can use the spells is equal to 2 + WIS modifier (Minimum 1) per long rest.
Songs Of Silence
You learn to tell stories that allow you to counteract the spells of a spellcaster, and to properly sneak past gazing eyes. You learn seven new spells that allow you to do so, and the number of times you can do so is equal to 2 + INT modifier, with a minimum of 1 time, per long rest.
Tales Of Talent
You learn how to tell tales of the talent that your party has, and you can manage to buff your team with your words. You can prevent death, or protect them slightly with magical armor. You learn six spells which you can use a certain number of times per long rest. The amount of times that you can use each spell is equal to 2 + CHA modifier, with a minimum of 1 time.
At level 20, you get access to the spell Plane Shift, as you are strong enough to change your reality due to your talent. For Planar Shift, you get to cast a number of times equal to 1 + STR modifier, before a long rest.
