Base Class: Monk
A monk cast from the traditional monastery due to his urge to have greater manipulation of the world around him. Driven by the solitary search of forbidden tomes. Once found the other worldly beings strike the monk of their eyes, replacing them with the Forbidden eyes, permanently changing the iris to a grey and pupils to a point of red when concentrating. Now they must walk the world, training the new senses gained and harnessing the true power they hold. Though, maybe whatever bestowed such a gift will try and oppose reaching perfection? You'll just have to succeed the challenges on your path.
The eyes give you Darkvision and cannot be destroyed by physical means. In addition, anything using Detect Magic will be able to see and identify your eyes as magical. Due to the nature of the eyes, if your alignment shifts to Chaotic, you will become physically tired when using them.
Forbidden Sight
Starting at 3rd level, your eyes can manipulate the forces around you and your tome will magically produce 50ft of what appears to be dark grey medical tape. It immediately wraps around your left hand going up your forearm, pushing out all other material that is not your flesh and bone. If an unknowing enemy tries to move out of your combat range (Except when disengaging.), you can mentally command the tape to ensnare the creature in whatever place most convenient and pull them back to you, allowing you to still use your reaction to attack them if you so choose.
Advanced Manipulation
At 5th level, you can command the tape to strangle anyone within your line of sight up to 30ft away from you. The target must make a DC 6 + your monk level strength saving throw or take 1d10 + your wisdom modifier in bludgeoning damage and be pulled to you, only stopped at any obstacle between you and them. If they succeed, they only take half damage and stay where they are. In both cases they can make a DC 10 strength saving throw to remove the tape from their neck, they may preform other actions but will take the damage on each of your turns until they remove it. If they choose not to remove it, breathing will be cut off (However long they can hold their breath is how long they can ignore the tape before having the issue of running out of air.), if the creature does not need to breath than they of course will not have to worry about this.
Clear Thought
At 10th level, using your manipulated tape counts as a bonus action and all damage caused by the tape is increased by +5. Now that your eyes are more attuned to the world around you, they can give faster reaction to things that are even in the corner of your eye. Any reaction attacks made on you, are made at disadvantage.
Glare of the Dreaded
At 18th level, you unlock the true power of the Forbidden Eyes. By spending 5 ki points on an action, your eyes focus on a target creature, your focused red pupils digging into the very essence of the creature. If they are looking at you when cast, they must make a DC 15 wisdom saving throw or be frightened of you. In addition, for the 30 seconds your eyes will spend glaring the the creature, their very traits of who they are will be disabled. All attack rolls the creature makes are rolled at disadvantage and proficiencies are disabled.
