Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

Weavebound sorcerers are individuals whose blood and soul has become saturated with potent magical energy on a level that far surpasses that of any other spellcaster. As unpredictable as magic itself, one can never be sure what these sorcerers are capable of, as their power ebbs and flows like the tide.

As a Weavebound sorcerer, you may be the child of a powerful archmage; the result of arcane experimentation, or perhaps you were somehow entangled with the Weave itself at birth? Regardless of how this power became available to you, you are the envy of sorcerers and wizards alike; a manifestation of magic itself.

Arcane Conduit

Beginning at 1st level, you’ve become a conduit for the Weave itself. You gain proficiency in the Intelligence (Arcana) skill, and your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses this proficiency. In addition, you ignore the material components of any sorcerer spells you cast, provided they do not have a cost or are consumed by the spell.

Weavebound Magic

At 1st level, you’ve learnt how to innately cast certain magical spells related to magic itself. You learn additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown on the Weavebound Spells table. Each spell counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but does not count against the number of sorcerer spells you know.

5th dispel magic, lightning bolt

Spell Siphon

Also at 1st level, practicing magic invigorates you. When you use your action to cast a sorcerer spell of 1st level or higher, you can use your bonus action to gain a number of temporary hit points equal to twice the spell’s level + your Charisma modifier.

Eyes of the Weave

At 6th level, the raw arcana that flows through your veins has heightened your senses to magic. You can cast the Detect Magic spell at will. When you do so, you can choose to expend up to 6 sorcery points as part of the casting to increase the spell’s range by 10 feet per sorcery point spent.

Arcane Avoidance

At 14th level, your connection to the Weave allows you to weaken the effects of enemy spells. When you are targeted by a spell or magical effect that allows you to make a saving throw to take only half damage, you instead take no damage if you succeed on the saving throw, and only half damage if you fail.

Supreme Sorcery

At 18th level, your connection to the Weave has allowed you to surpass your limits. Whenever you cast a sorcerer spell, you can choose to apply any number of Metamagic options on the spell, instead of just one. You must still provide the sorcery points for each option you use.

In addition, your pool of sorcery points increases by 5.
