Base Class: Bard
A bard college that is built around the use of bardic inspiration dice, and performance checks to tap into wild magic surges.
Chaotic Conduction
When you join the College of Wild Magic at third level, whenever you cast a Bard spell of level 1 or higher, or a 1 is rolled on a bardic inspiration die, roll a d20. If your roll is less than or equal to the level of the spell cast, or is a 1, roll on the wild magic surge table to generate a random magical effect.
Additionally, whenever you would roll a charisma check you may choose to reroll the die, but if you do so you must use the new roll. If you do this, your DM may have you roll on the wild magic surge table at any time before you next finish a long rest.
Wild Blessing
At 3rd level, you can use an additional amount of Bardic Inspiration dice equal to your proficiency bonus.
Your Bardic Inspiration die does not change sizes as you gain levels in this class. Instead, at 5th Level give a +1 bonus to each rolled Bardic Inspiration die. This bonus increases to +2 at 10th Level, and +3 at 15th Level.
Ferocious Protection
At 6th level, whenever a melee attack role is made against you or an ally you can see within 10 feet of you, you may use your reaction to expend one of your Bardic Inspiration die and lower the attack role by the number rolled as wild magic erupts from you to deflect the attack. Once you do so, you must finish a long rest before you can use this feature again.
At any time before you regain the use of this feature, the DM can have you roll on the Wild Magic Surge table immediately after taking an action. You then regain the use of this feature.
Voice of the Muses
At 14th level, whenever you take a bonus action to give an ally a Bardic Inspiration die, you may choose one additional other ally that you can see within 30 feet of you and give them a Bardic Inspiration die, then if you gave an additional die, regain one use of Bardic Inspiration. At 18th level, the amount of additional allies you can give a Bardic Inspiration die to increases to two.
