College of Ichor

Ichor, the fluid that flows like blood in the veins of the gods.

Blood is beautiful and students of this college draw inspiration from the crimson flow. The body is the canvas and the blood is the paint. Use your weapons to fill your canvases and evoke fear. Go on artist, show the world the beauty of blood.

Maim

When you join the College of Ichor at 3rd level you gain the ability to maim a target. When you deal melee or ranged damage to a target, you can expend one 1st level spell slot or higher to cause the target to bleed. At the end of their turn the target takes slashing damage equal to one roll of your bardic inspiration dice. This damage is increased by an additional roll with each level spell slot above 1st.

At the start of a targets turn they can make a constitution save against your spell save dc. On a success the bleeding ends.

Blood Art

Also at 3rd level you gain the ability to draw inspiration from your handy work. As a bonus action you can spend a bardic inspiration due to heal yourself one roll of your bardic inspiration die + your spell casting modifier as long as you are within 60 feet of a bleeding target. This increases by one roll of your bardic inspiration die per additional bleeding target within range.

Improved Blood Art

At 6th level you gain a new use of Blood Art. Instead of healing yourself as a bonus action, you can use a bonus action to spend on bardic inspiration die. The next damage roll you make is empowered by one roll of your bardic inspiration die as long as you are within 60 feet of a bleeding target. This damage is increased by one additional roll per additional bleeding target within range.

Staggering Performance

At 14th level you’ve become a master at your craft. You can now spend an action to cause all creatures within 10 feet of a bleeding creature (excluding themselves) to make a wisdom saving throw against your spell save dc. On a fail they are frightened of you until the end of your next turn. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
