For those who don't have the time or will to spend the years required to become skilled at the art of music, it can be tempting to exchange a fraction of their soul in exchange for the blessing, or more accurately the curse of The Virtuoso

Bonus Cantrips

At 1st level, you learn the Vicious Mockery cantrip. It counts as a warlock cantrip for you, but it doesn't count against your number of cantrips known.

Prodigy

You gain proficiency in performance, or expertise if already proficient, When you make a Charisma (Performance), you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10. You can use Charisma(Performance) in place of other charisma skills at your DM's discretion.

Eldritch Words

Starting at 6th level, you learn how to use your wit to distract, confuse, and otherwise sap the confidence and competence of others through words or music. When a creature that you can see within 60 feet of you makes an attack roll, an ability check, or a damage roll, you can use your reaction to rolling a die (d8) and subtract the number rolled from the creature's roll. You can choose to use this feature after the creature makes its roll, but before the DM determines whether the attack roll or ability check succeeds or fails, or before the creature deals its damage. The creature gains an opposed wisdom save (against your Charisma(Performance)) to avoid the effects and is immune if it can't hear you or if it's immune to being charmed.

You can do this an amount of times per day equal to your charisma modifier (min 1)

The die becomes a d10 at 10th level and a d12 at 15th level.

Fascination

Starting at 10th level, you skill as a performer can make enemies stop in their track. When you use this ability choose 1 creature who can see and hear you within 30 feet and make an opposed Charisma (Performance) check against their wisdom save. if you succeed the target becomes incapacitated, and can only move to stay within 30 feat of you (they avoid any obvious harmful terrain).

If one of your allies attacks or threatens the creature, or line of sight is broken between you and the creature it can make another opposed wisdom save against your performance check (roll again), if another creature spends an action to distract the fascinated creature, or it takes damage it can do so with advantage.

If the creature is prevented from both seeing and hearing you, spends more than 1 round more than 30 feet away from you, or 10 minutes pass, the effect ends.

You must spend an action on each of your turns to keep fascinating the creature.

Creatures immune to being charmed are immune to this effect

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

Compelled dance

Starting at 14th level, when you use your fascinate ability you can instead choose to target a number of creatures up to your Charisma modifier (min 1) within 60 feet to dance uncontrollably. Each creature you target that fails an opposed will saving throw (against your Charisma(Performance)) gains the effects of fascinate, but also gain a level of exhaustion every minute they are under the effect of this ability

Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
