Base Class: Bard
A human male strides up to a tough-looking dwarvish man who just won a bar brawl and offers him another fight, a coy smile on his lips. All it takes is one bad joke, and the dwarf is nursing a headache that causes him to miss his attack, allowing the human to move in for the victory. The College of Humor is a Wyvelic school of bards who specialize in comedy, whether it be low brow or high brow. The College was initially looked down upon by other bard colleges, but has slowly become more respected as the power of their comedic mojo becomes more well-known.
The College of Humor believes in the power of humor to change the world, and make it a better place to live. Through the power of jokes, riddles, and clever sarcasm this college can perform many incredible feats of magic.
Comedic Inspiration
At 3rd level, your bardic inspiration die can be given to an ally, or to an enemy creature as a bonus action. When given to an ally, they gain advantage on an attack roll or saving throw. When given to an enemy, they get disadvantage on their next attack roll or saving throw.
Malaproper
At 3rd level, you can create any of the following items as an action, which disappear after five minutes: 50 feet of rope, A cane (which can be wielded as a quarterstaff), a party hat that can double as a bugle, a pair of large sticky googly eyes (which can be applied onto a creature to give them 30ft of darkvision), a rubber chicken (which when squeezed causes the nearest hostile creature to make a CON save or take 1d10 thunder damage), A squirting flower (Blinds a creature for the rest of the round if they are hit by a spell attack), or a fake gun (gives advantage to intimidation rolls until they make an investigation(int) check against your spell save DC to see that the gun is fake).
Incredible Insult
At 6th level, as a bonus action, twice per short rest, you may target an enemy creature and force it to make a WIS save against your spell save DC. If they fail this saving throw, they incur disadvantage on all saving throws until the end of your next turn.
Outnumbered, but Never Outpunned
At 14th level, you have mastered the art of comedy, and with it can do some truly amazing things. Once per long rest, you may prepare one spell up to 7th level of your choice from ANY spell list and use it once that day.
