Bard
Base Class: Bard

Bards of the College of Mimicry are the ultimate pranksters and sowers of chaos; using their arcane talents and knack for deception, these jesters aim to confuse, confound and annoy. Though their arsenal is bountiful, these bards favor illusions more than others; conjuring invisible objects, distracting imagery and mimicking the sounds and mannerisms of others.

Silent Performer

Beginning when you choose this College at 3rd level, you prefer showing instead of telling. When you cast a bard spell that requires a vocal component, you can choose to replace it with a somatic component instead. In addition, creatures no longer need to be able to hear you to gain a Bardic Inspiration die from you, provided they can see you.

Copycat

At 3rd level, you excel at mimicry. You gain proficiency with disguise kits. In addition, when a creature within 60 feet of you makes an ability check or saving throw, you can use your reaction to memorize its result. The next time you make an ability check or saving throw of the same type as the one you’ve memorized, you can choose to replace your result with the memorized result.

You can use this feature once per short rest.

Magical Hoodwink

Also at 3rd level, your skills for deception allows you to confuse and convince even the most perceptive of people. As a bonus action, you can choose to spend 2 of your Bardic Inspiration dice, roll them and choose a creature within 30 feet of you. The chosen creature takes psychic damage equal to the highest result of the two dice and must subtract the lowest result from the next saving throw it makes.

Mental Conjuration

At 6th level, you can conjure objects from your mind and make them real. Over the course of 1 minute, you can gesture and act as if an object exists within 5 feet of you. At the end of the minute, the object is temporarily made real. The object is invisible, must have a form and be of a material you’ve seen before, and must fit within a 5 foot cube. An object you create with this feature lasts for 1 hour or until you dismiss it as a bonus action.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

Magic Ventriloquism

At 14th level, you’ve mastered the art of mimicry and have learnt how to combine it with your arcane talents. When you cast a bard spell of 1st level or higher that doesn’t have a range of self, you can choose to cast the spell from any point within 30 feet of you. If the chosen point is occupied by a creature, you can choose to roll a Charisma (Deception) check contested by an observer’s Wisdom (Perception) check. Each creature that saw the spell being cast and failed the contest against you then believes that the creature casted the spell.
