Kolasai

Kolasai are beings that have developed hoarder like tendency but is willing to part with some power for the use of their given spells that can consume magic, sanity, and intelligence. No one has ever found a reason for their obsession but they are never satiated and as such warlocks of the kolasai never have a reason to go against them. Unlike other patrons Kolasai only have warlocks as they despise the responsibility that come with worshipers, champions, and prayers as such Kolasai have flown under the radar of many even the gods as with in the life time of an elf there may be around ten or twenty of their warlocks.

Eye for power

At 1st level, your patron allows you to see through their eyes allowing you to see the magic and unreleased power that surrounds you. The only indicator to your ability being used is that your iris glow its faint but any face to face conversations would be taken a back by your eyes that seem to look through them.

Self-sufficient

Starting at 6th level, you start to realize the waste of some of your spell this feature allows the user to recycle magic that would just end up back in the weave as it restore the slot use to cast either counter spell or dispel magic only when either spell matches the level of spell that has be disrupted.

Veil of the powerless

At 10th level, your patron has started to take an interest in the amount of power you seem to run into and is now willing to intervene. A veil appears on the chosen creatures who have failed to save any spell casters lose one of every spell slot, melee fighter lose one action surge, and legendary creatures lose a legendary action. This ability can not target same creature multiple times. This ability recharges after a long rest.

Magically Famished

At 14th level, your chosen patron now sees you as a great ally in their hunt for magic and power, to which they bestow some piece of jewelry that only works for you. Granting you magical resistance to all 3rd level spells or lower and when ever in battle and the resistance has saved you from half of you total HP you gain a spell slot back.
