Bard
Base Class: Bard

College of Cooking

Bards of the College of Cooking know all that is to be known about food. They can strum a lute and a meal will magically appear. They gather in inns telling the greatest tails of delicious foods.

Bonus Proficiencies

When you join the College of Cooking at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with cooks utensils and 2 skills of your choice.

Delicious Tales

Also at 3rd level, you learn how invoke extreme hunger within your opponents. When a creature that you can see within 60 feet of you, that can hear you makes an Attack roll, an ability check, or a damage roll, you can use your Reaction to expend one of your uses of Bardic Inspiration to tell it about a delicious food. You roll a Bardic Inspiration die and subtract the number rolled from the creature’s roll. You can choose to use this feature after the creature makes its roll, but before the DM determines whether the Attack roll or ability check succeeds or fails, or before the creature deals its damage. The creature is immune if it can’t hear you or if it’s immune to being Charmed.

Additional Delicious Secrets

At 6th level, you learn how to magically create food out of thin air. As an action you can spend one Bardic Inspiration to create a ration, which can be eaten as normal.

World Breaking Delicious Secrets

Starting at 14th level once per day, you can cast Heroes Feast without using any material components or expending any spell slots.
