Base Class: Monk
Followers of the way of the sphnix sees time as threads in a tapestry. They are masters of manipulating these threads through their ki. To the common man these monks can sometimes come across as not living in the present time. Like their minds perceive both past, present and future at the same time.
Monks of the way of the sphnix use these time bending abilities to alter outcomes on the battlefield, with almost unnatural reflexes, and the ability to test outcomes before they come to pass.
Unnatural Reflexes
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can use your ki to see incoming attacks before they happen. As a reaction you can spend 1 ki point, and roll a d4 and subtract the number rolled from the incoming attack roll.
Time warp
At 6th level, you gain the ability to alter time for a short while, and alter an enemy's movement in an instant.
as a bonus action you can spend 2 ki points, to pull an enemy creature within 10 feet of you to your melee range or push an enemy within 5 feet, 10 feet further from you. The forced movement does not trigger reactive attacks
Time walk
By 11th level, you have learned to step through time and space. As an action you can spend 4 ki points to move your movement speed around the battle field, without triggering opportunity attacks. You are not hindered by enemies or objects. Any enemy you pass through while time walking will take 1d8 psychic damage. you cannot pass through an enemy more than once.
This action will also consume your movement.
Rewind Time
At 17th level, you step back in time to prevent the failure. You can spend 2 ki point to re-roll a missed attack and take the highest number rolled or force an enemy to re-roll a saving throw taking the lowest number rolled.
