Base Class: Barbarian
Most barbarians are well known for their ability to deal substantial amounts of damage to their foes. Barbarians of the Path of the Physician, however, become famous for their healing capabilities that they use in the midst of battle. Sometimes called "mad healers" or just plainly "physicians", barbarians of this path learn how to convert the damage they take into a healing source for their surrounding allies. Masters of both damage and health, these seemingly softer barbarians combine their contrasting skills to fight both as a warrior and a healer on the battlefield.
Formidable Body
To heal others during combat, you need to stay alive on the battlefield. Whenever you are reduced to 0 hit points, you can instead drop to 1 hit point if you aren't killed outright. You can use this feature once before finishing a long rest to use it again. At 20th level, you can use this feature twice before finishing a long rest to use it again.
Amateur Physician
You have learned how to heal your allies quickly while fighting. You can try to stabilize a creature within 5 feet of you as a bonus action, and you have advantage on Wisdom (Medicine) checks you make to try to stabilize a creature. Additionally, you gain proficiency in the healer's kit.
Outburst of Health
At 6th level, you have learned how to convert the damage you take into a healing source for your allies. Using your reaction after you take damage, you can take half of the number of damage dealt to you (rounded down) and, as part of the same reaction, divide that number among up to 5 allies within 30 feet of you (minimum of 1 ally). The allies you choose regain hit points equal to an amount you choose to give them from the number, up to their hit point maximum. The number of allies you can choose to affect using this feature increases when you reach higher levels in this class: 6 allies at 10th level, 7 allies at 15th level, and 8 allies at 20th level. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Rage Damage bonus before finishing a long rest to use it again. This feature does not reduce the damage you take in any way.
Healing Aura
At 10th level, you can harness the power of healing while you rage. As a bonus action while you are raging, you can activate an aura of healing in a 15 foot radius around you. This aura moves with you as you move. Allies who end their turn in the aura regain hit points equal to your Rage Damage bonus, and allies who spend an entire round inside the aura regain hit points equal to your Rage Damage bonus + your Constitution modifier. This aura disappears when your rage ends. At 20th level, the range of your healing aura increases to 30 feet. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Rage Damage bonus before finishing a long rest to use it again.
Master Physician
At 14th level, you have mastered the art of healing in combat. Whenever a creature you can see within 30 feet of you is reduced to 0 hit points, you can use a bonus action to have that creature regain hit points equal to your Rage Damage bonus plus your Constitution modifier. You can use this feature once before finishing a long rest to use it again. At 20th level, you can use this feature twice before finishing a long rest to use it again. Additionally, whenever you roll a 19 or 20 on a check to try to stabilize a creature, that creature regains 1 hit point.
