Base Class: Paladin
Many think that making a pact with a deity is the most important way to power. What if the pact to the gods were to become one yourself, to strive for perfection, and greatness, to strive to bring their creation into their own level, a child to a sibling. The Oath of liberation is one that fills the heads of the disenfranchised, those who have been hurt, or those who never got to live a well off life. Having felt tired of their own mortal limitations, but being afraid of dying unsatisfied. Entering this oath means a lifetime commitment to achieve godhood, which all other sects of paladins, as well as clerics would see as heresy.
"My soul shall achieve strength, and spiritual meaning. My body shall die, and from it be born a deity worth knowing. My divinity shall be given to my by those who believe in me, and it shall be put to use with the purpose to help those whom I decide to patronize."
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Perfection of Soul. Using channel divinity you are able to call forth the liberation of your soul, making it through extended use make it accustomed to not be bound to your mortal husk. By calling forth your soul you are able to pass through walls no thicker than a feet, and no further away from your body than 50 + (your paladin level x 3) feet. In this state you are able to hear, see, smell, taste, and touch, although you are not material, nor can you be seen. Passing through another person in this state causes a chill to run down their backs. You can only remain in this state for 10 minutes before being dragged back into your body.
Perfection of will. Using your channel divinity you project your own will upon the world. By channeling your divinity this way you can reroll for the damage made by a divine smite and choose the higher number, as well as after smiting making the target creature go instantly prone (unless its size is Huge, or Gargantuan).

Great Domain
You are able to choose from within a couple of Domains. Domains are aspects of the universe, the elements, and magic. A domain is the most effective of your magics, and/or magical abilities. A domain is the nucleus, a small amount of power amassed through time in meditation trying to rationalize existence not through intelligence only, but through the finding's within one's soul.
Please choose between these domains:
- Cold
- Fire
- Thunder
- Acid
- Poison
- Radiant
- Necrotic
Your domain grants you an affinity to that aspect of the universe, and that you tend to gravitate to it more. You shall add your spell modifier to the damage calculation for a spell that deals the damage of your domain.
Divine Symbol
You manifest your will upon the material world in a shape that represents your power and your soul. That symbol shall be the incarnation of your will to seek divine status. The symbol normally takes a symbol within, shaped like, shaped around a, or in the direction of a circle, as circle means something that does not end nor begin.
Once a creature comes into contact either willingly or unwillingly with the object in which your symbol is engraved, the creature shall make a Wisdom saving throw. Shall they fail the saving throw they shall take the damage of 2d4 of your domain, if they succeed they shall take have of that.
To engrave a symbol upon an object various things shall be needed:
- carpenter's tools if working with wood, leather Worker's if on leather, Jeweler's if on jewelry, potter's if on a piece of pottery, or smith's tools if on something made of metal.
- Time: At least 3 hours if on wood, leather, or pottery. At least 5 and a half hours if on metal or Jewelry. For engraving the symbol.
More Time: 30 minutes for the ritual
- a drop of the engraver's blood, 5 candles, and a piece of chalk.
The person engraving a symbol of their will, with access to this class ability, shall draw a pentagram in the floor, they shall place the candles in each of the points of the star, and shall place the object in the center (with the engraving done upon it) and they shall let a drop of their own blood let fall into the center of the engraving of the object, then they shall step of of the pentagram and meditate in front of said object, and imagine their will taking physical form and entering the symbol.
Symbol limit. Only three Divine Symbols shall be present at the same time, requiring for any further to release the symbol from a previous engraving and therefore destroying the object.
Rupture. If the object in which the symbol was placed breaks beyond repair, the symbol shall be released. If the object breaks in a way it COULD be repaired, the caster has the option of releasing the symbol and therefore destroying the broken object, OTHERWISE the symbol shall come into effect when the object is repaired.
Summon Mark
You shall give your adherent believers and supporters a way to contact you while you work towards your endeavor of becoming a god. This mark shall be similar to your Divine Symbol but with the difference that this contains a four sided star in the middle. With no need of preparation your own will manifests the mark upon any place that you can touch or is maximum 5ft away from you.
Summoning. When summoned through one of these marks, you shall be temporarily transported to the activated summoning mark for a maximum of 30 minutes. Anyone can activate the mark. The summoned individual (you) can't refuse the summon and must remain there for a minimum of 5 minutes. When the time is up or the summon dispels the summoning the person shall go back at the same place they came from, otherwise somewhere unoccupied 5 feet away from the point the summoned was standing on, and the summoning mark shall no longer be considered activated. The summoned can decide to stay at the summoned place fully, if done the summon mark deactivates. Only one summoning mark at a time can be active, but many can be placed.
It shall be noted that a person shall not be able to summon themselves to any summon mark.
