Cleric
Base Class: Cleric

You ever just look up at the stars and think "What else is out there?" Well, you did, and you saw Shub Niggurath, Queen of 1000 Young stare back at you. Welcome to the Insanity Club, you've just received a VIP Lifetime Pass!

You are gonna become a complete embodiment of Lovecraftian horror and oddity. You are going to strain the parties acceptance, and they may find the taste of this class disgusting, and the weight of your affects too hard to bare (hehe, get it? Bare, as in bare 1000 young). This subclass is not for the weak of heart, A weak hearted DM, or a weak hearted campaign with a weak hearted party, we are going balls deep into insanity, welcome aboard.

*The base idea of this subclass comes from the Ravnica Sorcerous Origin: Shub Niggurath's Bounty, it just puts it in cleric where it belongs, and goes 0 to 100 real quick

Book of Niggurath

At level 1 in your insanity, you have scrawled the closest thing to the teachings of Shub Niggurath in this book. This book is now your holy symbol.

You can spend 16 hours writing the teachings of Shub Niggurath in an empty book to make another should you lose yours. If a cleric reads a book of niggurath, they can become a Niggurath Domain cleric once they reach the 8 hour mark.

Should you read this book aloud, you may only read it aloud in Goat (Once you reach 16 hours of reading).

After reading this book for 8 hours, you transform your physical body. You grow Utters, your facial structure becomes that of a goat.

After reading this book for 16 hours, your eyes change to those of a goat, and you can now speak and understand the languages of Goats.

After reading this book for 40 hours, you grow hair all over your body except directly on your face but enclosing.

After reading this book for 80 hours, you grow the lower body of a satyr and goat horns atop your head. In addition, you become a hermaphrodite, gaining both male and female reproductive organs, capable of procreating with both sex's, Niggurath is proud.

After reading this book for 160 hours, you may choose to heal anyone that is listening for X amount of your Short Rest Hit dice just by simply speaking aloud the readings of this book to them for 1 minute. This heal is affected by Niggurath's Hormones. You will expend your Short Rest hit dice used, and it heals each individual with what is rolled.

If you continue to read this book, once you read 300 hours, you will obtain the ability to sacrifice one of your goats to Shub Niggurath and gain the use of the Inspiring Leader Feat for the next 10 minutes by reading the book aloud. Anyone affected by this will receive a Hormone affect that lasts until their next short or long rest and is not removable by you. This does not stack by killing more than one goat.

If you reach 500 hours, you obtain the Blessing of Shub Niggurath Permanently (when you can cast this blessing), and retain it even through unconsciousness.

Niggurath's Hormones

At level 1 whenever you heal someone in any form (Milk, spell, ability, feat etc) (Not including heals that are in no way connected to you, like a potion of healing, or an item that heals instead of yourself), one of these affects afflict the individual. These are permanent affects. You can remove them with a free action as if you were choosing to not concentrate on them so long as you can see the target and they are on the same plane as you. You can remove individual affects from individuals separately. These affects occur even if you are not on the same plane as them. The removals however, require you to be on the same plane.

You are the only one that is not forcefully affected by these hormones, though you may choose to be affected at any time.

Should you spit into anything that is ingested (Including potions, food, water, etc) the individual when consuming this item will be inflicted by a Hormone Affect as if you had healed them. You may not inflict more than one person with your spit. Kissing someone may also affect them.

Should you piss into something, like a lake, or a pot of food, you may affect up to a max of 20 people with a Hormone Affect.

*Roll a D10 every time you heal someone (Or if an ability says they are given an Hormone affect) and one of these affects occurs:

1- Webbed Digits: Swimming doesn’t cost extra
movement, but ability checks with tools have
disadvantage.
2- Vicious: +1 bonus to melee attack rolls and –1
penalty to AC.
3- Vestigial Tendrils: +2 bonus to Strength (Athletics)
checks and –2 penalty to Dexterity (Stealth) checks.
4- Bulging Eyes: Advantage on Wisdom (Perception)
checks and disadvantage on Charisma (Persuasion)
checks.
5- Camouflage: Always lightly obscured and
disadvantage on Charisma (Deception) checks.
6- Bulky Scales: +2 bonus to AC and Dexterity score
reduced by 2.
7- Redundant Organs: +1 bonus to Constitution saving
throws and –1 penalty to AC.
8- Hypersensitivity: +1 bonus to Dexterity and
Intelligence saving throws and –1 penalty to
Wisdom and Charisma saving throws.
9- Focused Brain: +1 bonus on Wisdom and Charisma
saving throws and –1 penalty to Dexterity saving
throws.
10- Distended Limbs: +5 feet bonus to all speeds and
reach, –2 penalty to AC.

For the purposes of NPC's, if affected, they will go away during their next long rest.

Niggurath's Milk

At level 1 You may utilize your Utters once you acquire them from your Book of Niggurath.

These utters generate 1D6 worth of Milk once every Long rest. The milk is black in color. (This milk is not considered a ration, though for the purposes of dehydration, it negates it)

You can make 1 Niggurath Cheese from 1 milk, it will be black and have no healing affect but will still affect the one eaten with a Hormone Affect as if you had healed them and counts as a ration. To make this cheese, spit in a bottle of Milk, and wait 1D10 days. How does it taste? I dunno, try it!

Healing from the Milk also inflicts Niggurath's Hormones alongside your heal spells.

Each Milk will have its own quality, roll a 1D4 for each individual milk to see what quality it is:

1- Milk: Heals 2D4+Wis Mod

2- Greater Milk: Heals 4D4+Wis Mod

3- Superior Milk: Heals 8D4+Wis Mod

4- Supreme Milk: Heals 10D4+Wis Mod

In addition, anyone who drinks this milk must make a 1D3 Roll for these affects to occur:

1: You become a grotesque monstrosity, growing fur, tentacles, and horns. This doesn't affect the characters stats or equipment. The creature has Disadvantage on CHA (Persuasion) checks and Advantage on CHA (Intimidation) checks.
These effect last until the next short rest.

2: Nothing happens, Niggurath is displeased.

3: (Living Only) The character becomes pregnant with a child of Shub-Niggurath, increasing the creatures weight by 12 pounds over the next hour until the child is fully formed.
The creature must then make a CON Saving throw, gaining 1 level of fatigue on a success and going into labor on a failure
(They may choose to fail instead of roll).
While in labor, the character is prone and begins the birthing process. The character must then make a STR Saving throw, on a success, the character has a difficult child birth gaining 2 levels of fatigue and an easy birthing on a failure . Should they die before this process completes, the goat dies.
(They may choose to fail instead of roll).

A small black goat is birthed (These goats are referred to as Niggurath Young)

Should a Huge or Larger creature drinks 15 milk, they can make a roll, on a 3, what comes out is a Large Niggurath Goat. This goat can not produce milk, but it can be a steed. Up to the DM on the stats this goat has and its abilities, but otherwise it replicates a goat in every way but one size larger. This goat is considered a Niggurath Steed. Should you somehow make a 2nd Niggurath Steed when there is still one alive, it will come out dead on arrival.

This milk can not be used in combat, but may be force fed to a hostile creature outside of combat

Niggurath Young:

You may only have 4 of these black goats at a time (Not including your Niggurath Steed). If one is birthed when you have 4 already, it will be dead on arrival and may be eaten as a ration.

Each goat can be milked for 1 Milk of 1D4 quality once every long rest following the same Milk Quality Chart.

These goats should the DM choose can be affected by combat. These goats may also be used as rations to be eaten. If these goats are eaten by anyone other than you, they are affected by Niggurath's Hormones as if you have healed them. There is nothing to tell their meat apart from a normal goats. These goats have no other purpose, they are goats with free wills and if mistreated will run away from its master unless you can reason with them to do something that would otherwise not be what a goat would do. They require food, water, and sleep like normal goats. You may NOT utilize these goats for combat unless the DM specifies or allows you to do so. These goats replicate the Monster Sheet for goats in every way, except they are considered Aberrations, and are black.

Channel Divinity: Seed of Niggurath

At level 2 should you have sex with any race that has a humanoid breeding process of any sex, and you use this ability, the Seed of Niggurath is planted.

To use this ability, you must speak from the pages of your holy symbol Book of Niggurath for 1 minute during sex.

If you do not have your Book of Niggurath, you may not use this Channel Divinity.

You may not have sex with yourself to apply this affect to yourself, nice try. Shub Niggurath frowns upon this attempt at asexual procreation, it is not the Niggurath Way.

You may only have one Seed of Niggurath active

Should this individual die, this seed will sprout, and they will be under all of your affects in Nigguraths Hormone for 1D10 days and this will not be removable by you.

They will also be under the affect of a 1 roll as if they had drank Niggurath's Milk for the 1D10 days that you had rolled.

In addition, they will return to 1 HP +your Wis Mod at the start of their turn.

You may not cast this again until the seed sprouts, there is no way to remove a seed once it is placed

Niggurath's Womb

I am not a fan of vore, so I do apologize ahead of time but this is just too good

At level 6 you may move to your target, go prone (Without using movement speed to do so), widen your legs towards an individual, and sprout tentacles from your nether regions. You will end this turn prone. You may not do anything other than move and go prone on this turn, doing anything else will not allow you to do this ability.

This individual can not be a size larger than you, and should you become a size smaller than the creature during this ability, they will automatically be released.

They have a 15 ft reach and the individual must make a DC 8+prof+Wis Dexterity Save or be grappled and pulled into your womb.

You may only have one individual in your womb at a time.

Your movement speed is quartered, and any attacks you make are at disadvantage, you may not be concentrating on any spells during this time (Including your Avatar of Niggurath).

This individual is restrained and blinded, and must make a Dexterity Save at the end of their turns at disadvantage (They may choose to fail if they would like).

Any noise that they make is muffled, and should you make noise while they do, unless someone puts an ear to your belly they will not be heard, though movement is clearly visible.

For each of their turns while in the womb, they will receive a a Hormone Affect, in addition they will take 6D6 Bludgeoning damage should you use your action on your turn to squeeze (For the purposes of overcoming magical resistance, this womb is considered magical).

No attacks that are directed to you affect this target, and only attacks that directly go for this individual deal damage to both you and them, and allow them to make another Dex Save.

On a save while in the womb, they are released on a 5ft square directly in front of your character.

Long rest to regain a use in combat, free use out of combat.

Niggurath's Blessing

At level 8 if you read the Book of Shub Niggurath aloud for 1 hour, you may apply the Blessing of Shub Niggurath to one individual of your choice (Including you).

This blessing is considered a magical affect and thus dispellable. In addition, should you go unconscious and are not immediately returned to 1 HP upon dropping to 0, your blessings go away on all affected targets including you (Unless you have the Permanent Blessing).

You may only have 1 blessing active unless you reach the 500 hour milestone with your Book of Shub Niggurath, then it is you +1 active only.

This blessing lasts until their next long rest, or until you end it on them as a free action.

The marking is on their forehead, their eyes change to that of a goat, and can only speak Goat while under this blessings affects (They also can understand Goats).

In addition, they have a telepathic link to anyone else that has a Blessing of Niggurath up to 60 ft, including you (Whether you have one or not).

While blessed, should they critically hit with any attack, they can choose to be healed for 1DX (X being their class hitdice)+ Wis Mod of this cleric, or inflict the individual struck with a Hormone Affect. In addition, the first Niggurath's Milk that they drink, double the dice rolled to heal, the Milk Affect, as well as the Hormone Affects rolled. For AOE attacks, only one individual can be chosen to be affected by a Hormone Affect.

If they roll 3 twice, they birth a two headed goat, a very rare Niggurath Gift. This goat is immortal, requiring no food or drink. You may only have 1 of this type alive at a time, and if you already have 4 goats, 1 of them dies to make room. If this goat should be destroyed, it is considered dead, and you may receive another should Niggurath feel you've earned it.

This can also occur with a Niggurath Steed if you bless a Huge or larger creature. Should you make one, it will be two headed, and can do a double Ram attack should you choose to do so.

For you, if you have a blessing of Shub Niggurath: You may add an additional die to all heals that you make including your Milk, feats, abilties, spells etc (not including heals that you do with items or potions of healing that have nothing to do with you) and double the Hormone Affects applied, alongside the rest of the blessings gifts.

At level 14 the blessing limit is increased to you +2

At level 20 its increased to you +3

Avatar of Niggurath

At level 17 you transform into an abomination, and you probably saw this one coming.

You are considered an Aberration, and spells that have no affect on Aberrations have no affect on you.

Your facial structure while that of a goat is changed. Your maw is that of an illithid Mind Flayers, though you may not make an extract brain or tentacle attack as they do.

At the start of your turns, you regain 10 HP if you have at least 1 HP but fewer than Half of your HP remaining.

You may also shapechange into a black goat, but you keep the illithid tentacles. It is the same as the spell Shapechange, though it lasts indefinitely, and while it is a concentration spell for the purposes of combat, you may concentrate on spells and stay a goat through sleep, though if damaged will have to make a concentration check alongside any other spell you are concentrating on. In this form you may only speak Goat. You may not wield items that require human hands or bodyparts, nor cast spells that require somatic components unless you have the warcaster feat, in which case goat ahead.

In addition, around your neck is a bell (Goat Form Only).  Any creature currently affected by your Hormone Affects will be immune to charm so long as you shake the bell. Also, should you shake this bell, any Niggurath goats (Excluding your Niggurath Steed) will hear it and run to you from any distance and from any plane. They will bite, maim, kill and die in order to get to you. Once they arrive, you have a + to AC equal to how many Niggurath goats are around you, they also fill up a 5 foot square of your choice near you, and move with you should you move. So long as they are within 5 ft of you this AC bonus takes affect. If an attack hits you, the goat will sacrifice itself, halving the damage you take, and should the damage reach its HP, dies for you.

You may only shapechange into a goat once per long rest
