Way of Lightning

This is a subclass designed to encapsulate Levi the Lightning bean.

Lightning Strike

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can manipulate your ki to become like the lightning of the sky. As a bonus action, you may spend 1 ki point to gain the following effects, which last for 1 minute:

• You gain advantage on all Dexterity checks.
• Your speed increases by 10 feet.
• Your unarmed strikes and attacks with melee weapons made of metal do lightning damage.

Electric Body

At 6th level, you begin to grasp the lightning within yourself and others. While transformed by your Lightning Strike feature, you gain resistance to lightning damage and ignore resistance to lightning in those you attack. 

Lightning Reflexes

Starting at 6th level, the energy of your ki has enhanced your reaction timing. You now have advantage on initiative. 

Bolt of Lightning

Beginning at 11th level, you can project your lightning out at others. At the cost of three ki points, you can cast the lightning bolt spell. The saving throw DC for the spell equals 8 + your Wisdom modifier + your proficiency bonus.

Avatar of Lightning

At 17th level, you have mastered your own electrical prowess. You permanently gain the the effects of your Electric Body Feature. As well, when you transform you instead gain Immunity to Lightning damage and treat Immunity as Resistance. As well, you are under the effects of a haste spell with no concentration while you are using your Lightning Strike ability.
