Untamed Domain

Your magic comes from the One Who Dared Show Their Face. Known in every culture across the globe under a different name, their chaotic and uncontrolled power resulted in just as many differing opinions about them. Whether you decided to follow them due to the certainty of their existence or the uncertainty of their ability, the power of the one known god surges through you.

Arcane Veins

 At first level, you gain 1 cantrip of your choice from the Sorcerer spell list. For you, this cantrip counts as a cleric cantrip. Additionally, you gain proficiency in one of the following skills: Arcana, Nature, or Survival.

Channel Divinity - Veins of Chaos

As an action, you present your holy symbol and veins of magic spring from the ground like sprouting plants, running through a number of creatures you choose equal to your Wisdom modifier(a minimum of one). Affected creatures must make a roll on the Untamed Magic table. You may choose up to half of the creatures(minimum 1, otherwise rounded down) to roll twice and choose the final result. You regain all spent uses when you finish a Long Rest.

 

Favor of the Known One

You may use this feature to upgrade an Untamed Magic Table roll to the next tier or downgrade it to the previous tier as a reaction. You may do this after the nature of the result(boon or bane) has been revealed. The upgraded effect is rolled from results of the same nature. This feature cannot be used to exceed the maximum or minimum tiers.

You may use this feature a number of times equal to half your Wisdom modifier(rounded down, minimum of 1), and regain all spent uses on a long rest.

Divine Strike

At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with divine energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 damage of the same type dealt by the weapon to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8.

The Known's Chosen

Starting at 17 level, the number of creatures you can affect with your Channel Divinity and the number of Untamed Magic Surge results you can affect with Favor of the Known One doubles.

Untamed Magic Surge

Upon casting a spell of 1st level or higher, roll 1d20. If the result is lower than or equal to 1 + the spell’s level, roll on the Untamed Magic Surge Table.
