The world spins and the seasons change. Druids of the Circle of the Four Seasons are known for their ever-changing attitudes and traditions. Magic affects the world all around them, and these druids understand how magic's influence affects the changing of the weather. These druids embrace change, however, and can summon the powers of other seasons at will.

Bonus Cantrip

When you choose this circle at 2nd level, you a minor secret of nature.

You know the Druidcraft cantrip, which doesn't count against the number of cantrips you know.

Seasonal Form

Also at 2nd level, you gain the ability to harness the power of the seasons to alter your form.

As a bonus action, you can expend a use of your Wild Shape to take on a Seasonal Form, rather than transforming into a Beast.

While in your Seasonal Form, you retain your game statistics, but your body changes colors and small changes alter your form slightly. Perhaps small branches grow, or small snowflakes radiate from your form. This form lasts for 10 minutes, but it ends early if you dismiss it (no action required), are Incapacitated, die, or use this feature again.

Whenever you assume this form, choose one of the following seasons you would like to channel - your choice gives you certain benefits while in your Seasonal Form.

Autumnal Form

While in this form, a small gust of wind swirls around your legs. Your movement speed increases by 10 ft., and any creatures within 30 ft. of you can move through nonmagical Difficult Terrain without needing to expend extra movement.

Spring Form

While in this form, your body emanates a soothing scent that revitalizes those around you. Whenever you cast a spell using a spell slot of 1st level or higher that restores hit points to a creature while in this form, one target of the spell regains an additional 1d8 hit points.

Summer Form

While in this form, your body has small pyres of flame that float around you, which shed bright light in a 10 ft. radius and dim light for an additional 10 ft. As well, when a hostile creature hits you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to have the target take fire damage equal to 1d4 + your Druid Level.

Winter Form

When you assume this form, and as a bonus action on each of your turns while it lasts, you can make a special ranged spell attack, by hurling a ball of ice that targets one creature within 60 ft. of you. On a hit, the attack deals cold damage equal to 1d8 + your Wisdom modifier.

Circle Spells

When you reach certain levels in this class, you gain additional spells as shown in the Circle of Seasons Spells table. You always have each of these spells prepared, and each spell doesn't count against the number of spells you can prepare. If you gain a spell that does not appear on the Druid spell list, it is nonetheless a Druid spell for you.

Master of Elements

At 6th level, the elements don't affect you and your companions as easily.

You, and creatures within 60 ft. of you are immune to Exhaustion that you gain by traveling through dangerous weather, such as from the effects of Extreme Heat or Extreme Cold.

Dazzling Form

At 10th level, each of the Seasonal Forms you can take are improved.

Autumnal Form

Your movement speed increases by an additional 10 ft., and you gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed. You also have the Cloudkill spell prepared while in this form.

Spring Form

The additional healing that you can give from one of your healing spells increases to 2d8 hit points. As well, you always have the Mass Cure Wounds spell prepared while in this form.

Summer Form

When a creature takes fire damage from attacking you while in this Form, the target must also must make a Constitution saving throw against your Spell Save DC, becoming Blinded until the start of their next turn on a failure. You also have the Flame Strike spell prepared while in this form.

Winter Form

The damage for your special ranged spell attack increases to 2d8 + your Wisdom modifier. As well, you have the Cone of Cold spell prepared while in this form.

Avatar of Weather

At 14th level, you become one with the natural energy around you.

While in one of your Seasonal Forms, you have resistance to fire, cold, and lightning damage.
