Base Class: Barbarian
Barbarians who walk the Path of the Thrasher are violent and ferocious warriors that are able to smash their opponents into the ground like no other. Thrashers can use their superior strength to hold down or toss aside foes with nothing more than their bare hands.
Fierce Hands
Once you walk this path at 3rd level, You gain proficiency with improvised weapons and you can use a d6 for your unarmed strikes and improvised weapon attacks. This damage increases to a d8 at 6th level, a d10 at 10th level, and a d12 at 14th level.
Lash Out
Starting at 3rd level, When you enter your rage you can make an unarmed strike of an improvised weapon attack against 1 target within your reach. You can make this attack again as a bonus action each turn afterwards while you maintain your rage. Once you reach 10th level in this class you can make two unarmed strikes or improvised weapon attacks.
Rampant Wrestler
Through nothing but sheer violence and brutality, your unarmed strikes and improvised weapon attacks count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.
Creatures you are grappling have disadvantage on attack rolls against targets other than you. Once on your turn when you shove a target you can push it an additional number of feet equal to your strength modifier multiplied by 5 and the target falls prone. If the target collides with a structure or another creature the target takes damage as if it were hit by one of your unarmed strikes plus half your barbarian level. If the target collides with another creature that creature must make a Strength saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier). On a failed save the creature takes the same damage the shoved target does and falls prone. On a successful save the creature takes half damage and does not fall prone.
Extreme Might
At 10th level, You become a symbol of strength. You gain proficiency in the Athletics and Intimidation skills if you don’t already have it. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses either of those proficiencies. Additionally you count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift and your speed is no longer halved when moving a grappled creature.
Godlike Grip
At 14th level, you can grapple creatures that more than one size larger you, while doing so your speed is zero and you can't benefit from any bonus to your speed or take reactions. If you are grappling a creature when you are subjected to an effect, such as a red dragon’s fiery breath or a fireball spell, that allows you to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, you can use your reaction to move the creature between you and the origin of the effect. The creature is forced to be subjected to the effect as if they failed, and you automatically succeed the saving throw.
