It is, once again, the grim reaper
Reap
When the reaper uses Reap against an individual target that is close to death, the target must making a DEX saving throw. Should they fail the throw, they die instantly and the reaper obtains their soul.
Guide the Souls
The Grim Reaper can send enemies in combat that are low on health to either heaven or hell. He opens a portal to that dimension and then kind of force pushes them into the portal. The higher the level of the spell, the more enemies you can force through the portal at once.
Collection
The Reaper collects souls every day. He must collect them all and needs the time to get to them all. The reaper can now teleport through stopped time as well as perform actions.
Aura of the Deceased
The reaper carries an aura with them, heavily laden with the taste of death. The reaper gains the ability to utilize this aura against their foes.
