Base Class: Bard
Bards of the College of Divine Oracles are chosen to serve as messengers to the gods and are gifted with divine magic and the ability to glean information about events to come through prophetic dreams and visions. Unlike clerics, these bards rarely serve one specific god, and instead relay messages from an entire pantheon, serving as a gateway between the divine and mortal realms.
As an oracle, you may hold an important and powerful position within a faith, you may serve as the right-hand and advisor to a ruler, or perhaps you have kept your gifts hidden, using them in secret for your own purposes.
Disciple of Divinity
Beginning when you choose this College at 3rd level, you have been chosen to serve as a messenger of the gods. You gain proficiency in the Intelligence (Religion) skill. You also learn the Guidance and Sacred Flame cantrips. These cantrips count as bard cantrips for you, and do not count against your maximum number of cantrips known.
Prophetic Visions
Also at 3rd level, you can urge the divine to grant you glimpses into the near future. As a bonus action, roll a d20 and record the result. For the next minute, you can replace the result of any attack roll or saving throw made within 60 feet of you with the recorded result. Once a roll has been used, it is lost.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
Divine Chorus
At 6th level, the voices of the gods empower your allies with divine boons. When you use your Countercharm feature, you can choose to empower it by spending one of your Bardic Inspiration dice and rolling it. After doing so, choose one of the following effects:
Guidance. Creatures of your choice under the effect of your Countercharm feature gain a bonus to the next ability check, attack roll or saving throw they make before the beginning of your next turn equal to the result of the Bardic Inspiration roll.
Protection. Creatures of your choice under the effect of your Countercharm feature gain a +1 bonus to their AC and a number of temporary hit points equal to the result of the Bardic Inspiration roll.
Restoration. Whenever a creature under the effect of your Countercharm feature regains hit points, it regains additional hit points equal to the result of the Bardic Inspiration roll.
Deadly Premonitions
At 14th level, your position as oracle allows you to regularly foresee and prevent catastrophic events. When a creature within 60 feet of you makes an ability check, attack roll or saving throw and rolls a 1 or a 20, you can use your reaction to make the creature reroll. The creature must use the new result.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.
