Base Class: Barbarian
Your rage has the ability to inflict a deep terror on those it is directed at. This power may come an external force like the Shadowfell or the Planes of Ravenloft, or perhaps it originates from your sheer force of will.
Wrathful Terror
3rd level Path of the Horrific feature
While raging, you exude a 30 radius aura of sheer terror. Any creature of your choice that enters the aura for the first time or starts it’s turn there must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus) or be frightened by you for one minute. A frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn, ending the effect on a success. You are also immune to the frightened condition while you are raging.
Controlling Fear
6th level Path of the Horrific feature
As an action you can inflict a greater fear onto one creature frightened by you that you can see. The creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus) with disadvantage. On a success the frightened condition on that creature ends. On a failure the creature is subject to one of the following effects of your choice:
Paralyzing Fear. The frightened creature has a movement of 0 until the end of its next turn
Fight. The frightened creature makes one melee weapon attack on a target of your choice within range. This attack ignores the disadvantage from the frightened condition
Flight. The frightened creature uses its reaction to move its speed directly away from you
Unbridled Horror
10th level Path of the Horrific feature
Your abilities that inflict the frightened condition now ignore a creatures immunity to it. You are also immune to the frightened condition all the time as opposed to just when raging.
Terrifying Resilience
14th level Path of the Horrific feature
You have resistance and any damage from a creature that is frightened by you
