You want to get more in touch with the mystical energy that you feel flowing through the universe. You adept yourself to harness this energy and use it to protect your allies and control the battlefield. By creating mystical barriers, portals and veils you gain the power to change the flow of battle. Move around the field without no issues and break formations to give your allies the advantage on those who oppose you.

Barriers of Mystical Energy

3rd-level Way of Mystical Energy feature

Your mastery of your ki allows you to create barriers of universal energy. As a bonus action, you can spend 1 ki point to create magical barriers at your fists. When you do so, each creature of your choice that you can see within 10 feet of you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be unable to make opportunity attacks on you for 2 rounds..

For 10 minutes, these barriers hover in front of your fists. You determine the barriers’ appearance, and they vanish early if you are incapacitated or die. While the mystical barriers are present, you gain the following benefits:

  • you can use your reaction to increase your AC by 2 when targeted by an attack or spell.
  • The unarmed strikes you make with the arms can use your WIS modifier in place of your STR or DEX modifier for the attack and damage rolls, and their damage type is force.

Portals of Mystical Energy

6th-level Way of Mystical Energy feature

You can summon mystical portals. As a bonus action, or as part of the bonus action you take to activate Barriers of Mystical Energy, you can spend 1 ki point to summon 2 mystical portals for 10 minutes. While a portal is active, you gain the following benefits. It vanishes early if you are incapacitated or die or if you choose to end this feature. You can have an amount of portals active equal to your proficiency bonus modifier.

You determine the appearance of the portals.

While a portal is active, you gain the following benefits.

Portal Control. You can create an amount of portals up to you proficiency bonus modifier. You can also open or close a portal as a bonus action. A portal can't be more than 30 feet away from a portal. If a creature is not fully through a portal when it closes, it takes 2d10 Force damage and is thrown prone to the location where it entered the portal. You can use a portal to try and move a creature up to 30 ft to another portal. Any unwilling creature must succeed a Dexterity Saving Throw (DC:{{savedc:dex}}) or be teleported to the new location.

Mystical Mind. You have advantage on Intelligence (Arcana) and Wisdom (Perception) checks.

 

Veil of Mystical Energy

11th-level Way of Mystical Energy feature

When you have both your Mystical Barriers and portals active,  you can bend the energy around you to your will. This energy warps reality a bit around your body.

While the Mystical energy is active, you gain the following benefits.

Mystical Blur. every single target attack and spell roll targeted on you has disadvantage to hit.

Energy Sprint. your speed is increased by 5 feet while this feature is active.

Mystical Control

17th-level Way of Mystical Energy feature

Your connection to the Mystical Energy is complete, allowing you to unleash its full potential. As a bonus action, you can spend 4 ki points to enhance your Mystical Energy. This enhanced state ends early if you are incapacitated or die.

While your Mystical Energy is enhanced, you gain the following benefits.

Full Portal Control. The amount of Portals you can create increases to twice your proficiency bonus modifier.

Stunning Energy. Whenever you use the Stunning Strike feature, you can increase the Save DC by 3. This feature can be used an amount of times equal to you proficiency bonus modifier.
