Bard
Base Class: Bard

Bards of the College of Culinary believe that cooking and preparing meals is just as much of an art as poetry or painting. Using food and cooking, these bards create intense meals that aid their allies in battle. These bards believe that their food can aid their team just as much as a spell or sword.

Proficient Cook

When you join the College of Culinary at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with Cook's Utensils. if you already have proficiency in these tools, you can select another tool proficiency of your choice.

You can also use your Cook's Utensils as a spellcasting focus for your Bard spells.

Cooking Inspiration

Also at 3rd level, your cooks utensils add a whole new dimension to your healing. When you heal a creature with a spell that uses your Cook's Utensils as it's spellcasting focus, you can choose to expend a Bardic Inspiration die, and add the result to the healing.

Additionally, your healing spells gain a permanent +1 bonus to their healing, as long as they're cast using your Cook's Utensils as their spellcasting focus.

Chef of Rest

Starting at 6th level, you can cook excellent meals while your friends rest up. When you and your allies roll additional healing using your Song of Rest feature, the amount they regain from the feature is doubled.

Battle Cooking

At 14th level, you have mastered the art of cooking, to the point of being able to administer great effects on the battlefield when eaten. As an action, you can expend a use of Bardic Inspiration to create a meal. Choose one of three meals when you take this action, a Savory Snack, a Spicy Snack, or a Sweet Snack. The effects of which are detailed below.

Savory Snack. The creature that eats this snack regains a number of d10's worth of hit points equal to your Charisma Modifier.
Spicy Snack. The creature that eats this snack regains 2d12 hit points, and gains a single use fire breath attack. This attack is an action, creating a 10 foot cone of flame. All creatures in that cone must make a Dexterity Saving Throw, against your Spell Save DC. Taking 4d12 Fire Damage, or half as much on a success.
Sweet Snack. The creature that eats this snack regains 2d8 hit points, and has their movement speed tripled for 18 seconds. After the time is over, the creature has their movement speed halves and have disadvantage on their attack rolls, for a turn.

You can feed a creature a meal as an action, or if a creature is within 5 feet of you and you are willing, they can use a bonus action to eat one. You can have up to three meals made at a time, and making any more forces you to scrap one you currently have. Your meals become inedible when you take a long rest.
