Armour Bond

Beginning when you select this arcane tradition, you form a powerful bond with a specially enchanted suit of armour. This bond allows the wizard to scry on the armour and cast spells on the wearer.

You can transform one suit of armour into your bonded armour by performing a special ritual. You perform the ritual over the course of 1 hour, which can be done during a short rest. You may only perform this ritual once per week.

The bond does have a weakness, whenever the wearer of the bonded armour takes psychic damage the bond is severed for 1 round per 10 points of damage dealt (rounded down). No spells can be imparted onto the wearer during this time, though any previous spells granted through the impart spell feature with an ongoing duration continue to function on the armour's wearer as normal

Impart Spells

Starting at 2nd level, you can cast any prepared spell with a range of "Touch" or "Self" on the wearer of the armour, instead of yourself.

At 2nd level you can only do this at a range of 25ft, at 6th level you can do this at a range of 50ft, at 10th level you can do this at a range of 100ft, and at 14th level you can do this regardless of distance so long as you are on the same plane of existence.

Starting at 6th level, you develop a telepathic link with the armour's wearer with the armour is worn. You and the armour's wearer can communicate telepathically through the bond regardless of language. No special power or influence is established as a result of the bond. Once the bond is formed, it works over any distance on the same plane of existence.

Scry on Armour

Beginning at 10th level, You can as a move action, Scry on the bonded armour (as if casting the scrying spell). You can use this ability a number of minutes per day equal to your wizard level + your Intelligence modifier. The range is unlimited but you and the armour must be on the same plane. You can end this effect at any time (No action required).

Spell Resistance

Starting at 14th level, you and the wearer of the bonded armour have advantage on saving throws against spells.

Furthermore, you and the wearer of the bonded armour have resistance against the damage of spells.
