Base Class: Sorcerer
Magic from psychic powers
Telepath
Starting at 1st level, your awakened psychic abilities allow you to telepathically speak to any creature you can see within 30 feet of you. You don’t need to share a language with the creature for it to understand your telepathic utterances, but the creature must be able to understand at least one language.
Psionic Spellcasting
Your psionic abilities allow you to cast some spells innately. At levels 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 you learn one spell from the psionic spells list for that level. Psionic spells don’t count against your number of sorcerer spells known, and are sorcerer spells for you even if they are not on the sorcerer spell list. You may cast these spells by spending sorcerer points equal to their spell level instead of using a spell slot, when you do, you cast that spell without the need for components.
