Base Class: Monk
The Way Of The Unseen Storm is a magical gift from the Gods. Monks who have mastered the arts of their craft can be gifted Thunder and Lightning from any God that applause their skill and patience to learn the skills. These special monks are a rare occasion and are often only at monasteries, teaching others the special art.

Lightning Ray
At 3rd level when you choose this subclass, after hitting someone with a melee attack on your turn, as a bonus action, you can deal lightning damage to one creature that you can see within 60ft. This damage is equal to your monk level.
Sound Of Storms
At 6th level, As an action spend 2 Ki points to cause a deafening sound emanating from a point within 60ft of you. Any creatures within 10ft of the selected point must make a con sav, DC equal to Monk DC. On a failure, they’re stunned and deafened until your next turn, on a pass they are only deafined. A creature who can not hear automatically passes.
Unforgiving Armor
At the 11th level, you may as a bonus action cause the fury of a storm to surround you for 1 minute. You gain a +3 bonus to your armor class. You gain additional damage to your Lighting Ray feature equal to your Wisdom modifier. Whenever you are hit with a melee attack you may as a reaction end this ability and force the person who attacked you to make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, the target suffers 6d12 lightning damage or half damage on a successful save. Once you use this ability you cannot use it again until you take a long rest.
One With The Storm
At 17th Level, you can spend 5 Ki points to enter a state of peace becoming one with the storm for one minute, as you gather lightning energy from your surroundings. You gain 20 temp Hit Points as a wind barrier forms around you. On your next turn, when you take the attack action, you can unleash bolts of lightning from your hands. Make a ranged attack roll against a creature. On a hit, the creature suffers 6d10 Lightning damage. If you hit an enemy they must roll a Con save equal to your DC, if they fail they are stunned for one turn, and deafened for one turn.
