Oath of Balance Paladins will always strive for equality in social hierarchies but also in forces beyond the comprehension of most. Paladins who take this oath understand that for there to be creation there must also be destruction. Paladins who take this oath tend to be more Chaotic than others and believe that their duty is to shape the world to be completely balanced.
TENETS OF BALANCE
Though the exact words and strictures of the Oath of Balance vary, paladins of this oath share these tenets.
Balance. Strive to uphold the balance in all things, careful destruction is necessary in creation
Restraint. It is not your place to punish those who have become too powerful, only take from them what must be taken.
Change. change and imbalance are not synonymous, change is acceptable and natural, imbalances must be made right according to the will of my deity
Observe. Carefully observe the balance or imbalance in things before acting, be careful not to favor any side
Decisiveness. Should you take too long to act an imbalance may become to great to restore
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Sacred Weapon. As an action, you can imbue one weapon that you are holding with both positive and negative energy, using your Channel Divinity. For 1 minute, you add your Charisma modifier to attack rolls made with that weapon (with a minimum bonus of +1). The weapon also emits bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light 20 feet beyond that. If the weapon is not already magical, it becomes magical for the duration.
You can end this effect on your turn as part of any other action. If you are no longer holding or carrying this weapon, or if you fall unconscious, this effect ends.
Regrowth. As an action, you can stimulate regrowth where plants are capable of growth using your Channel Divinity. Each fiend or undead that can see or hear you within 30 feet of you must make a Dexterity saving throw. If the creature fails its saving throw it is restrained until they succeed a Dexterity saving throw. If the Creature succeeds it is unaffected but the ground nearby looks more healthy.
