A paladin who take the Oath of the Gravekeeper believe that death and undeath are important stages of life akin to childhood or adulthood and such, they seek to protect and preserve these important stage or existence. they seek an end to "feral" undead (undead that have no personhood or attack and hurt others for no real reason)
Honor the dead. unless given permission by them or a loved one, never grave rob or let others do the same needlessly
put all to rest. If able and time permits, all those who have perished deserve a proper burial and last rites.
seek an ending to the unawakened. feral undead, and those that create them needlessly, should be guide to awakening or understanding if possible. laid to a proper rest if not.
Channel Divinity
When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.
Voice of the Dead. As a bonus action, you can cast speak with dead on a corpse that has been dead for at least 120 days(4 months). you can ask it 1+ proficiency bonus questions of which 2 must be from the list below, though not word for word, but in essence. The corpse does not need a mouth and can be undead, but not animated. this does not count as speak with dead for the 10 day wait period between uses (meaning you can do this multiple times on the same target and still use the speak with dead spell as normal).
- who are you
- what is your last wish
- may I have your possessions
- what did this to you
- what last rights would you desire
save from death. As a reaction, when an ally within 30 feet of you that you can see is reduced to 0 hitpoints, but before they are unconscious, you can spend points from your lay on hands pool to heal them for x2 the amount spent but you take necrotic damage of the same amount(spend 10 from lay on hands, heal them by 20 but take 20 necrotic damage)
Oath Spells
You gain oath spells at the paladin levels listed.(if you don't have access to any of the spells used just pick appropriate replacement)

Aura of undeath
Starting at 7th level, you and friendly creatures within 10 feet of you have resistance to necrotic damage and advantage on saves vs instant death effects(effects that cause you to be set to 0 hitpoints or instantly kill you if already at 0 hitpoints such as a sea hags death stare or a will-o-wisps consume life).
At 18th level, the range of this aura increases to 30 feet.
radiant feedback
Beginning at 15th level, as a free action, when you are dealt necrotic damage (before resistance/ saving throw/immunity is considered) you can deal half that amount as radiant damage to all enemy within 30 ft of you. you may do this a number of time = charisma mod(minimum 1), although only once a round, and get all uses back on a long rest
Awaken undead
At level 15, as an action you can touch an undead within 5 feet and cast a version of the awaken spell on them costing no material components, spell slots and has the casting time of 1 action, the target's CR and intelligence score must be equal to or lower than half you paladin level, rounded down( level 15= CR/int 7 or lower). you may do this a number of time equal to your charisma mod and regain all uses on a long rest
Avatar of the Grave
when you gain this feature at level 20 you gain the following effects
- your creature type is undead in addition to you normal type, if an effect/spell would negatively affect one of your types but not the other it does no affect you(turn undead would not work as you are humanoid and hold person would not affect you because you are undead. this includes addition damage from smite and other bonus damage affects).
- necrotic damage heal you at half the amount dealt instead of damaging you(30 necrotic damage to you becomes 15 healing instead)
- your undead nature is impossible to perceive if desired but by default it is plainly visible
- you do not need to eat, drink or sleep and you do not age but may do so if desired
