Base Class: Bard
In some worlds of the Multiverse there was once a human civilization that revered a peculiar sun deity: this god was the patron of arts, especially of music and songs, as well as the great divine archer, dispenser of death and pestilence as well as of his healing rays. Some of the attributes of this human god reverberate with the patron and creator of the elven race, so the practices associated with their cults have spread in countless realities thanks to the pious efforts of humans and elves alike. The most rigorous devotees of this shared tradition, however, are not priests nor clerics, but bards, the members of the College of the Farshooting Brightness, the name most often associated with this divine paradigm. As the Farshooting Brightness favors chord instruments, in order to the musician to be free to sing, so do them; as their divine patron fights with bows, so do them; as Apollon is caring in His protection and deadly in His wrath, so are they.
Bonus Proficiencies
When you join this college at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with two chord musical instruments of your choice. Furthermore, you gain proficiency with the heavy crossbow and the longbow.
Silver Tongue
Starting at 3rd level, you are a master at saying the right thing at the right time. When you make a Charisma (Persuasion) or Charisma (Deception) check, you can treat a d20 roll of 9 or lower as a 10.
Notes of Light
Whenever you are maintaining concentration on a spell, attacking at long range doesn’t impose disadvantage on your ranged weapon attack rolls. Furthermore, you can use the following Notes of Light options. You can use only one Notes of Light option per turn.
Arrows of Pestilence
When you hit a creature with a ranged weapon attack, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to cause the weapon to deal extra poison damage to the target you hit. The damage equals the number you roll on the Bardic Inspiration die. The target must also make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or be poisoned until the end of your next turn
Radiant Healing
When you cast a spell that restores the target’s hit points, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to restore extra hit points equal to the number you roll on the Bardic Inspiration die.
Searing Brightness
When you hit a creature with a ranged weapon attack, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to cause the weapon to deal extra radiant damage to the target you hit. The damage equals the number you roll on the Bardic Inspiration die. The target must also make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or be blinded until the end of your next turn.
Extra Attack
Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn
Volley of Brightness
Starting at 14th level, whenever you use a Notes of Light option, you can roll a d6 and use it instead of expending a Bardic Inspiration die. Furthermore, whenever you grant Bardic Inspiration to a creature, it immediately regains lost hit points. The damage healed equals to the number you roll on the Bardic Inspiration die.
