Base Class: Fighter
Banneret Knight is a Purple Dragon Knight revision (based on ideas from Nerd Immersions video on how to fix the subclass).
A Banneret knight inspires greatness in others by committing brave deeds in battle. The mere presence of a knight in a hamlet is enough to cause some orcs and bandits to seek easier prey. A lone knight is a skilled warrior, but a knight leading a band of allies can transform even the most poorly equipped militia into a ferocious war band.
A knight prefers to lead through deeds, not words. As a knight spearheads an attack, the knight’s actions can awaken reserves of courage and conviction in allies that they never suspected they had.

Rallying Cry
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you learn how to inspire your allies to fight on past their injuries.
When you use your Second Wind feature, you can choose a number of creatures up to your proficiency bonus within 60 feet of you that are allied with you. Each one regains hit points equal to your fighter level, additionally, creatures you chose that can see or hear you can use their reaction to move up to half their movement speed without provoking attacks of opportunity.
You gain another use of the Second Wind feature at 10th level.
Beginning at 18th level, this feature also grants temporary hit points to the chosen creatures equal to half of your fighter level (rounded down).
Master Tactician
At 7th level, you become a master of battle tactics and learn how to best direct allies and distract foes in combat.
You may use the help action as a bonus action and may do so from a range of 60 feet instead of 5 feet, provided they can see or hear you.
You can use this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Additionally, you can make your voice boom three times louder than normal.
Inspiring Surge
At 10th level, when you use your Action Surge feature, you can choose up to three creatures within 60 feet of you that are allied with you. Those creatures can make a melee or ranged weapon attack using their reaction, provided they can see or hear you.
Bulwark
At 15th level, you can extend the benefit of your Indomitable feature to an ally. When you decide to use Indomitable to reroll a saving throw, and you aren't incapacitated, you can choose one ally within 60 feet of you that can see or hear you. Once within the next minute, they can reroll the next saving throw they fail, and if they do so, they must use the new roll.
