Base Class: Wizard
The School of Handling makes use of the Weave as a tool to manipulate, grab and crush objects or creatures. It is mostly used by scholars that work in dangerous areas and have many things that could go wrong, although an adventuring wizard can make use of the powerful offensive abilities of this School of Arcana.
Wizards of this School are in general very dextrous as it is needed dexterity to manipulate the Weave as an extention of one's body .Powerful wizards of this school have been known to manipulate things that are barely visible to them with great ability.
Distant Dexterity
Beginning when you select this school at 2nd level, your Dexterity stat directly influences on your dexterity while handling objects from afar.
Weave Surroundings
Beginning at 2nd level, you can manipulate elements of your surroundings while ignoring one requirement or limitation. For example, a flame will not need fuel to burn or a rock could be easily manipulated and molded into whatever shape you may wish. Alternatively a spell like this could have one of its requirements ignored, such as not needing to use vocal components to call upon it.
Potent Cantrip
Starting at 6th level, your damaging cantrips affect even creatures that avoid the brunt of the effect. When a creature succeeds on a saving throw against your cantrip, the creature takes half the cantrip’s damage (if any) but suffers no additional effect from the cantrip.
Dextrous Weaving
Beginning at 10th level, you can add your Dexterity modifier to one damage roll of any spell you cast.
Overarching Control
Starting at 14th level, you can increase the range of your damaging spells. When you cast a wizard spell of 1st through 5th level that deals damage, you can double is range and change its direction. This requires a great and powerful mind as well as great dexterity and control over the weave from the wizard.
You roll for damage twice for each spell, utilizing the higher roll for your damage.
Using this up to two times without taking at least a short rest first will cause no damages to the user. However, if the wizard does not rest his mind with a Short Rest afterwards it will start being damaged by the continuous strain on it, with the wizard taking 1d8 + DEX Modifier of Psychic damage with every use of this ability.
