Base Class: Bard
Students of the College of Revolution are living contradictions. They are individuals of low status who, Through cunning and trickery, have entered positions of influence. Jesters, dancers, and musicians alike cling to higher power, hoping one day to take it for themselves. Do they seek retribution for a personal slight, justice for victims, or simply to become powerful? Regardless, being underestimated is a Revolution Bard’s bread and butter.

You meddle in the plans of your enemies to secure an upset. As a reaction to when you or another creature within 30 feet is hit by an attack, you may expend a use of your bardic inspiration. The target gains resistance to the damage, and gains a bonus to attack rolls against the attacker equal to the roll on your bardic inspiration until the end of their next turn.
Piercing Drive
Your drive to break through the status quo allows you to defy expectations. You gain additional Bardic Inspiration Dice equal to half your proficiency bonus rounded up.
Push Your Luck
You gain the ability to press the advantages you are granted to their fullest potential. When granting bardic inspiration you may expend a second bardic inspiration. Roll both immediately. Your target gains the larger roll as a bonus to your choice of attack rolls or saving throws for a number of rounds equal to the lower roll.
Tyrant’s Bane
Your spirit of Revolution lives on after you fall. When another creature reduces you to 0 HP but does not kill you outright, you may choose to curse them with a minus to attack rolls and saving throws equal to the highest roll on your Bardic Inspiration Die for 1 minute. This effect ends early if you are healed at least 1 HP or Die, and you may not use it again until you complete a short or long rest.
