Base Class: Rogue
Whether you were born in the shadow or merely adopted it, you use the dim spaces and dark corners to carry out your nefarious will.
Shadow Haunt
Starting at 3rd level, as a Bonus Action you may choose a creature you can see within 30ft. You cover it with haunting shadows for 1 minute, until the target dies, or until you end it as a Bonus Action. Limit one target. While active, you gain the following benefits against the target:
-You have Truesight against the target, with a range of 300ft
-Your Dagger attacks against the target are considered magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity, and crit on an 19 or 20 on the d20.
-You gain Half Cover against the target.
Shadowstep
Starting at 3rd level, you may teleport to an unoccupied space within 5ft of your Shadow Haunt target when you cast Shadow Haunt, on subsequent turns as a Bonus Action, and as a reaction if it moves more than 5ft away from you in any way.
Enveloping Darkness
Starting at 3rd level, you have Darkvision with a range of 120ft. You can instantly snuff out any small non-magical light source such as a candle or a torch within 60ft, no action required. You have advantage on Stealth checks while in dim light or darkness. When you finish a long rest, choose an ability. You are proficient in up to two additional skills of that ability while in dim light or darkness until you finish a long rest.
Eclipse
Starting at 9th level, once per day you can spend 1 minute summoning shadows. For 10 minutes or until you enter combat, you are cloaked in shadow, and gain the benefits of darkness even while in bright light.
Cover of Darkness
Starting at 13th level, you can cast the Disguise Self spell at will while in dim light or darkness, or the Invisibility spell on yourself while in darkness, ending when you leave the dim light or darkness or upon entering combat. In addition, you gain immunity to effects that cause you to glow, such as the Faerie Fire spell.
Doom and Gloom
Starting at 17th level, as an Action ignore the Shadow Haunt target limit and place your Shadow Haunt on any number of creatures of your choice within range. Using a Bonus Action on this turn to teleport to an unoccupied space within 5ft of one of them allows you to also make a Dagger attack against it as part of the same Bonus Action. For the duration, when you hit one of them with a Dagger attack, each of the others take damage equal to the weapon damage dealt. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
