Base Class: Rogue
Whether your skills were gained as an executioner for the crown, or as a killer murdering your victims in their sleep, you excel in the art of killing in one clean hit. Your ability to strike true with even the most unwieldy of weapons, provided your victims are brought to knee beforehand, enables you to dispatch enemies with ease. You excel in dealing the finishing blow, and in dealing exceptional damage to those caught in compromising positions, using unconventional weapons among rogues.
Additional Proficiencies
When you gain this subclass at 3rd level, you become proficient in medium armour and martial weapons.
Executioner's Strike
When you pick this subclass at 3rd level, you gain the ability to use any weapon to exploit a foe's weakness. Any weapon attack you make is able to benefit from the sneak attack feature, even if not made with a finesse or ranged weapon, provided the target is Stunned, Restrained, Paralyzed, Petrified, or Unconscious, and you do not have disadvantage on the attack.
Aim for the Neck
When you reach 9th level in this class, your weapon attacks score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20. Additionally, when you reduce a creature to 0 hit points with a melee weapon attack, or successfully attack a creature on 0 hit points with a melee weapon, you decapitate the creature, instantly killing it if the creature cannot survive without a head. Your DM may rule that a creature is too large to decapitate, in which case your attack is treated as normal.
Dispatch
You are able to tell when a creature is close to death. Starting at 13th level, you know when a creature is below 1/4 of it's hit point maximum, and you have advantage on weapon attacks against any creature below 1/4 of it's hit point maximum.
Guillotine
When you reach 17th level in this class, you become capable of performing a single, devastating strike. When you make a successful attack with a heavy weapon, you may choose to deal the maximum damage possible with all die associated with the attack. Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
