Throw: Grab an enemy and throw them up to 30 feet and dealing 1d6 bludgeoning damage when they land if they fail a DC 15 Strength saving throw.

Stay Down: You attempt to grab the target by the throat forcing a DC 15 Strength saving throw to try to pick them up, strike them with all your strength dealing 2d10 bludgeoning damage, causing them to be knocked prone.

Bolder Toss: You rip a Bolder from either the ground or a nearby structure and hurl it at a target within 60 feet dealing 2d6 bludgeoning damage. The Bolder forces a DC 15 Dexterity save to avoid the full force of the Bolder in a 10 foot square.

Shockwave: You jump into the air and slam down causing a forceful wave to sweep in a 15 foot cone. This forces a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw to avoid its full 2d8 Force damage.
