Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Anger is always a motivation to push yourself harder.  The fury of a Barbarian, when focused, can make one persons life, a living hell. The path of Retribution focuses the Barbarians Rage to one target, a focus of Ire.

Fear for your life, should you be the focus of the Retribution.

Focused Rage

On your turn you may, as a free action, mark a target who damaged you before the start of your current turn. The marked target is known as the Retribution target. You may add your Con bonus to melee or thrown damage rolls against the Retribution target.

Sundering Retribution

Starting at level 6, Retribution targets gets -2 ac until the end of your next turn after you successfully hit them with a melee or thrown attack.

Enraged Persuit

Beginning at level 10, can use a bonus action to teleport 40 feet toward a Retribution target and make a weapon attack or unarmed strike against them.

Rebuking Shield

At level 14, you can use reaction to give yourself a shield against incoming damage from a marked Retribution target. The shield is equal to your level+con mod.  When your temp hp is used to negate that instance of damage it deals that much damage in return to the target that struck. The damage type for the returned damage is same as the weapon or element used against you, or bludgeoning if strike was unarmed.
