Base Class: Monk
Within all sentient beings, there is a burning spark of energy, of life, known as a soul. Many cannot even fathom the might of their soul, but through rigorous training, empowering your body, and mastering the martial might of ki, you have learned to bring forth the might of your spirit. Though all creatures are different in their own ways, the soul manifests in one of three forms, and yours happens to be fire
Form of The Charred
At 3rd level, you have started down the path of the charred and your martial training lets you bring forth your soul when you strike. you gain a form called the charred form, The charred form lasts for 10 minutes.
you can use 1 ki point and activate as a bonus the charred form. when you activate the charred soul you gain the following abilities
- your unarmed strikes now do 1d6 + half your monk level rounded up of fire damage.
- once per turn when you hit creature with an unarmed strike you can make the creature roll a wisdom saving throw of 8 + proficiency bonus + wisdom modifier if failed creature is frightened. At the end of each turn the creature gets to make a new roll to get rid of the frightened affect.
You can also use this form without a ki point, however if you do once the form is over you gain a level of exhaustion, If this form is used by exhaustion points it lasts 5 minutes. The exhaustion will not affect you until the form is over. If you hit 6 levels of Exhaustion using this form you cannot be revived unless it is by a wish, a god or necromancy, if this happens through necromancy you keep your same stat block however you are under control of whoever raised you from the dead.
The Fire From Within
At 6th level, The fire within you grows and feeds off of other fires. you gain Immunity to fire damage, however when you enter your Charred Form this lowers to resistance until you hit 8th level.
Heated Spirit
At 11th level, you can start to bring the fire within you out to affect things around you. As a reaction when ever a creature hits you with a melee attack the target takes 2d6 of fire damage, if this rolls max damage on both dice you get your reaction back. You can also use the fire to stabilize a target within 5ft.
Invoke Fire
At 17th level, you feel the fire within you at the largest its ever been. you gain the ability Invoke Flame. For 4 ki points Invoke Flame forces a target that is within a range 60ft to roll a CON save of your ki save DC, if failed target is set ablaze and for 1d8 + Wisdom modifier turns at the start of its turn it takes 3d10 fire damage. if this kills the target then you gain 2 ki points back.
