| Bard Level | Feature |

| 3rd | Mantle of Inspiration, Enthralling Performance |
| 6th | Mantle of Majesty |
| 14th | Unbreakable Majesty |
Bonus Proficiencies
When you join the College of Madcaps at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in Acrobatics and Performance
Additionally, you gain the ability to use a piece of clothing as your spellcasting focus. This piece may be a hat with bells on it, a pair of pants with chimes, or a coat with wind whistles, but it must be able to make music or sound of some kind while moving.
Perplexing Performance
Starting at 3rd level, you can perform an outrageous display which confuses and distracts most enemies near you.
As an action, you can expend a Bardic Inspiration to begin a Performance in order to confuse those who stand around you. When you do so, every enemy creature within 10 feet of you becomes distracted and must make a Wisdom Saving Throw versus your spell save DC. On a failed save, they automatically invoke opportunity attacks from any Allies standing in range of them. Additionally, each creature suffers one of the following effects of your choice regardless of whether they failed their save or not:
- Until the start of your next turn, each creature affected has disadvantage on their next attack roll
- Each creature affected has disadvantage on any perception checks made to see another creature
- Each creature loses their reaction for the round
Master of Trickery
At 6th level, you have learned how to move with such unpredictability and insanity that most have no chance to keep you from moving where you wish to go. Once you achieve this feature, you gain the following features:
- You can now use the Disengage or Hide actions for free whenever you give a creature a Bardic Inspiration
- You can move through a creature's space regardless of whether it is hostile or not, so long as you do not end your turn within their space
- You can now use the Interact with Object action as a bonus action
Unending Performance
At 14th level, you have mastered the art of distracting displays and as such you no longer find it taxing to stand out amongst a crowd. Once you have attained this feature, you no longer have to expend a Bardic Inspiration in order to enact your Perplexing Performance.
Additionally, you have so mastered the art of performance that you can weave your spellcasting into its erratic movements. You can now cast a spell that has a casting time of one action as a bonus action when performing.
