Base Class: Cleric
Dragon blessed are the acolytes of dragons, whom they revere as gods. They wield magic to heal and support those who have earned their dragon masters’ favor—and scourge those who incur the dragons’ wrath. Dragon blessed view their lives and magical abilities as gifts bestowed by their dragon, and they give life energy to save those they deem important to their masters’ work.
Disciples of Dragons
Also starting at 1st level, your healing, fire, and buff spells are more effective. Whenever you use a spell of 1st level or higher to restore hit points to a creature, the creature regains additional hit points equal to 2 + the spell’s level.
Channel Divinity:
Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to buff the weaker.
As an action, you present your holy symbol and evoke buffing energy that can increase an ability of points equal to three times your cleric level for an hour. You can choose to boost strength, dexterity, or constitution. Choose any creatures within 30 feet of you, and divide those points among them. This feature can restore a creature to no more than half of its hit point maximum. You can’t use this feature on an undead or a construct.
Blessed Buffer
Beginning at 6th level, the buffing spells you cast on others buff you as well. When you cast a spell of 1st level or higher that buffs a creature other than you, you gain the same effects equal to 2 + the spell’s level.
Radiant Bolt
Ranged Spell Attack: +6 to hit, range 120 ft., one target. Hit: 22 (5d8) radiant damage, and you regain 5 (1d10) hit points.
Supreme Buffer
Starting at 17th level, when you or the other creature would normally roll one or more dice to buff with a spell, you or the other creature instead use the highest number possible for each die. For example, instead of rolling 2d6, you or the creature get 12.
