This is the martial art style used by the secret assassin organization that's ran by the World Government called Cipher Pol No. 9 (CP9) from the series One Piece. 

Finger Pistol

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you've trained your fingers enough to be able to pierce through bodies. You gain the following techniques.

Finger Gun Strike: When you make an unarmed strike, you can choose to deal piercing damage instead of bludgeoning. The damage of your finger gun strike is always equivalent to your unarmed strike.

Finger Gun Oren: When you use Flurry of Blows, you can instead replace it with Finger Gun Oren, which replaces the two unarmed strikes with a numbers of finger gun strikes based on your monk level. Each finger gun strike in this technique deals 1d4 + your Dex. Mod piercing damage. The Finger Gun Oren table show how many strikes you do per monk level.

Additionally, you gain one of the following features of your choice.

Finger Gun Madara: When you use Finger Gun Oren, can spend 3 ki points to double the number of strikes of your attack.

Tobu Finger Gun: When you make a finger gun strike, you can spend 1 ki point to send your strike flying like a bullet for up to 30ft. You make a ranged attack that uses the same amount and type of damage as your finger gun strike.

When you use Finger Gun Oren, can spend 3 ki points to double the number of strikes of your attack.

When you make a finger gun strike, you can spend 1 ki point to send your strike flying like a bullet for up to 30ft. You make a ranged attack that uses the same amount and type of damage as your finger gun strike.

Storm Leg

At 6th level, you've trained your legs to kick at such a high speed that you slice the air around you. You gain the following techniques.

Storm Leg Slash:  When you make an unarmed strike, you can choose to deal slashing damage instead of bludgeoning. The damage of your storm leg slash is always equivalent to your unarmed strike.

Flying Storm Leg Slash: You can spend 2 ki points to send your storm leg slash flying up to 30ft. The slash covers an area of 5ft while flying. Anyone caught in its range must make a Dex. saving throw of DC = 8 + proficiency + Dex. If they fail, they take the damage. If they succeed, then they take no damage. 

Additionally, you gain one of the following features of your choice.

Storm Leg Gaicho: When you send your storm leg flying, you can spend 2 ki points to increase its area to 10ft. You also add an additional martial arts die to the damage.

Storm Leg Renge: When you send your storm leg flying, you can spend 2 ki points to make a 10ft radius slash around you instead of sending it flying. You also add an additional martial arts die to the damage.

Storm Leg Gaicho

When you send your storm leg flying, you can spend 2 ki points to increase its area to 10ft. You also add an additional martial arts die to the damage.

Storm Leg Renge

When you send your storm leg flying, you can spend 2 ki points to make a 10ft radius slash around you instead of sending it flying. You also add an additional martial arts die to the damage.

Iron Body

Beginning at 11th level, you can harden your body like iron to absorb blows coming your way. You gain the following techniques.
Iron Body Defense: When you are hit by a melee attack.
you can use your reaction to absorb the hit. When you do so, the damage you take from the attack is reduced by 1d10+ you Constitution modifier + your Strength modifier + your monk level
If you reduce the damage to below 0, you can spend 1 ki point to counter the attack and return the excess absorption of the attack to the attacker as force damage.
Additionally, you gain one of the following features of your choice,
Iron Body Utsugi: When you counter an attack using iron body defense, you can spend 3 ki points to disable the attacker from making additional attacks on their turn.
Iron Body Kenpo: During your turn, you can use your
bonus action to spend 3 ki points to harden your limbs. All subsequent attacks in your turn deal extra damage equal to half your Constitution modifier + Strength modifier rounded down (minimum of 1)

When you counter an attack using iron body defense, you can spend 3 ki points to disable the attacker from making additional attacks on their turn.

Sonic Speed

At 17th level, you have trained your legs to move faster than the speed of sound You gain the following techniques.
Shave: When you use Step of the Wind to do the Dash action, you can spend 2 additional ki points to dash so fast you become invisible during your movement. Ending or breaking the dash movement to make any action will stop the invisibility effect for the remainder of your movement and turn.
Moon Step: You learned to kick the air so hard, you're able to jump in midair. You gain a flying speed equal to half your normal walking speed. If you already have a flying speed, you can add it to your total.
Additionally, you gain one of the following features of your choice.
Soru: You can spend 4 ki points as a bonus action to double your walking speed for this turn. This will not affect your flying speed.
Razor: You can spend 4 ki points to double your flying speed for this turn.
