Bard
Base Class: Bard

Society is measured by some through its collection of traditions; of the cultural histories and rituals that bind a people together and form their unique identity in this world. While some see fit to accomplish this through the clergy, there are others who believe that the rites and ceremonies themselves have merit outside the realm of faith. These are the Bards of the College of Ceremonies. Those who study under the college of ceremonies spend their time learning of the cultures and ceremonies used often to form links between others and strengthen the ties between individuals.

Master of Ceremonies

When you join the college of ceremonies at 3rd level you learn the ceremony spell. This does not count as one of the bard spells you know. Additionally, you learn two languages of your choice and may gain proficient in either Persuasion or Performance

Choose two additional languages and proficiency in Performance or Persuasion

Empowering Bond

Starting at 3rd level, you specialize in forming powerful bonds between two individuals, allowing them to rely on and lean against each other for trying times. You may expend a use of your bardic inspiration to choose two willing creatures you can see within 30 feet of you ( this can include yourself) and create a magical bond between them. While either bonded creature is within 30 feet of the other, the creature can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to an attack roll, ability check or saving throw is makes. Each creature can add this d4 no more than once per turn. The bond lasts for 10 minutes or until you use this feature again.

Protective Bond

At 6th level, when a creature affected by your empowering bond  is targeted with an attack or ability that requires a saving throw, you may use your reaction to grant that creature and the creature bonded with it, resistance to the damage type that is suffered. This resistance lasts until the bond ends.

Enduring Unity

At 14th level, the bonds you create endure across vast distances. Creatures affected by your Empowering bond can benefit from the bond as long as the creatures are on the same plane of existence as each other. In addition, the die of this benefit increases to d6.
